Went to this store a few days ago to get information on changing company and is definitely a yes. Walking in the store was very inviting, clean and good energy, I likes the vibe between the teammates. I was very happy with the information provided, will definitely be back to these guys to switch my service to Verizon.

Timmy helped us get new phones with a great deal. He also helped transfer everything from my old phone and made everything easy for me.

I stopped at the Verizon store in North Smithfield because I was not satisfied with my Samsung phone, I was so lucky to get a young man Andi H, he explained to me how he could upgrade and save me money plus he also got a galaxy watch4 for me at an amazing price. I was in desperate need of a new phone. I rate buying a new phone right up there with buying a new car! I walked in to TCC and right away Andi took great care of me. He was able to offer me an unbelievable deal on the new iPhone 12 mini! I am not very tech savvy and never was I once treated in a way that made me feel badly because of it. Andi took his time explaining and explaining again when I did not understand. I ordered and was so excited when my new phone came in. I was entering the store to pick it up and Andi was just about to go out the door for lunch. He saw me, remembered me, and turned right around to help complete my purchase. Quiet place close to closing time. Young man was very courteous and knowledgeable. He got my liquid glass on my phone in no time. Explained the process and showed me what I needed to do to register my liquid glass. Definitely will go there again!

North Smithfield representatives Timmy, Chris and Evan are fantastic!!!! I bought 2 new IPhone 12 phones for my husband and I for our anniversary on 2/13 (to surprise my husband) and I am NOT tech savvy (patience was needed), I wanted the best deal, I needed to keep cost down because I also have 3 new IPads on my account for our 3 boys!!! Timmy took the time to go over numbers, promotions, details about the IPhone 12, etc and sealed the deal. The catch was I needed to come back on 2/14 to have my husband transfer all his info from old to new phone and go over the IPhone 12 (he had an old Iphone 6) that’s where Chris and Evan came in!!! They also double checked my IPhone 11 transferred and was working properly in my IPhone 12!!! Amazing Customer Service!!! We will definitely be back in August to get my soon to be 15yr old his first phone for his Birthday!!! Thanks again Timmy, Chris and Evan!!!

I came in last week and was helped by chris. I had numerous problems that the company store in warwick and customer service would not help with. Chris on the other hand went above and beyond to help me fix the issues i was having as well as getting me into a new phone and plan that was perfect for my needs. Came to this store to look at my options to upgrade. I have a Samsung phone and wanted a newer phone . Arrived to the location a couple minutes before it opened and Dan was nice enough to let me in and help me. He went over all the Samsung phones available and found the best one for me. l really appreciate all the help and information.

Staff is extremely focused on resolving issues and getting the customers device back into their hands. This visit was to upgrade from iPhone 7 to galaxy 10. The associate took the time to listen and work through several technical issues, and even provided suggestions on case an screen protection. This is our 3rd visit to this location and would recommend to others looking to upgrade or transfer services.

I originally bought my iPhone 11 Max Pro at a different Verizon store. The original store I bought my phone at did nothing for me to set up my new phone. I needed help with setting up my new phone because the original store did nothing for me. I then went to the North Smithfield Verizon store and everyone was extremely helpful and got my phone working for me! I recommend anyone upgrading their current phone or just getting a new phone going to this store. They also saved me 10 dollars a month on my plan. Timmy, and Dan were awesome! My Girlfriend Bought a New Phone.The Phone She Wanted Wasnt In Stock...Anywhere In the System.While Making the Transaction...The Salesman What Locked-Out of Their System, Several Times And Had to Call IT.Had to Return Accessories..They Werent the Correct Type.Spent Two Hours There Downloading Information from the Old Phone to the New Purchase. She Went Back AGAIN to Make the Returns and Spent Another 90 Minutes There Downloading.Still Not Complete.What a Fiasco.Customer Service Absolutely Disgraceful.Salesman Was Very Courteous And Helpful.All The B. S. 🐂💩 Going On, Due To Verizons System.Should Have Been In-And-Out In an Hour.

Amazing service from the salesman. Come in to set up Fios and guided me through picking the right packages. Then after that I decided to get a new phone and help through setting it up and getting my old stuff back from my old phone. If you ever need a phone or Fios service come here!
