They towed me when my car broke down on the freeway (at 6am in the morning). They responded quickly and were super professional. Bobby was extremely helpful, kind, and professional. Bobby knows what he is doing. Aaron’s Towing is number 1 in my book, and they are deserving of 100 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I definitely recommend calling them when you need help.

I had a terrible and expensive experience with Aarons towing. On Sept. 25th on southbound I-15 just south the I 84 exit. Something fell off one of the two wrecked cars they were towing. Naturally I tried to avoid it but it was moving along the road and my front wheel ran over it. The item then lodged between my duel wheels. I took the next exit and saw Aarons Towing on the door. One of the duel tires was ruined, a sidewall cut. I called them immediately. I asked them if they had a tow truck on I -15 in the Ogden area.They said that they did. I informed them what had happened and sent them photos. And asked them to pay for the tire. I did not get any response do I went to there NSL facility and the owner through his front desk attendant told me that he would not pay for the ruined tire. He would not even tell me that face to face.If you need a tow truck, find out who is being called for the tow. If it is Aarons, you will be smart the ask for someone else.

Took them to court and won $5000 in my lawsuit for their negligence regarding the transient population that they allowed to live in and burglarize the vehicles.

I hate waiting on people especially when they are pricey and unprofessional on how they run their Business. The office is 10 minutes away from the lot and when I got there I have to wait for the RUDE tow truck driver to show up to open the gate to get my car out. I didn’t mind waiting if they were friendly but the customer service girl at the desk is a JOKE.

Riley helped me and she was very courteous . My buddies car got stolen and I was able to pick it up with all the correct documents. Impound yards are normally a sore topic but Im very pleased. Thankyou riley

I got in an accident and the UHP called Aarons towing to pick my car up. It took them over 45 minutes to get there. By the time the driver arrived I had already worked with my I insurance to take it to a repair place. Upon arrival at the repair shop the tow company would be paid. However, the driver and the office manager refused to take it to the repair shop without being paid $200 in cash. The took my car to their lot. Then I had to go to thier office and sign to have my car released and pay another charge to take it to the original requested repair shop. Talk about taking advantage of someone that has already had a rough day! Use someone else if you need a tow!@
