Terrible service. Every person you talk to has something different to say about what areas they service and what areas they do not. Trying to work with them has just become a big mess. Avoid at all costs.

My experience with United Site Services was great, they delivered and picked up the Porta potties in a reasonable amount of time and were always available when I called. Thank you for your help.

This company is as shady as they come. As I was driving down I215 one of their trucks lost something off the back of their trucks and shattered my windshield. I immediately called the company to report it and told me they would “investigate”. After a full month I was told they would do nothing for me. The investigator told me that because I did not get a plate number they cannot do anything, RIGHT AFTER she told me that they were able to track the truck and that there was a truck in that area at that time I called and reported it. I would NEVER do business with a company that themselves have proof that the truck was where I said it was and still deny it because I didn’t provide a truck number or license plate number.

Been with the company for a long time a good place to work

They dont care about employees; many 2-faced managers, not worth applying...go elsewhere for employment.
