I had the best experience I’ve had with a moving company! Professional, hard working, friendly, quick, and kept things organized.They took the time to make sure all my breakables were properly wrapped up and secure. They were so fast, but also made sure that things got done the right way. They worked hard for every minute I paid for.The owner also took the time to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the job. And I definitely was! They did an overall great job!!You will not be disappointed with their services, they take care of everything.

Jimmy B. and his partner (non-English speaking) were prompt and got the small apartment move done quickly. However, they packed the off-load quite tightly and I was unable to see if anything was missing. I was never invited to view the empty truck as promised. A week later I found my grandsons long board was missing, which was an expensive piece. They took no responsibility for it. Giovanni promised to send me a claim form and kept telling me to just file a police report. I never received the claim form and now have no choice but to file a police report. Their referring company, Starving Students Moving, kept referring me to Giovanni, who was very polite on the phone, but accomplished nothing.

I had a great experience with New Concept Movers. They had to move everything up to the third floor, and even asked where I wanted things to go. It made it so easy for me! They were fast and efficient and really friendly. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone. Very reasonable price and very easy to work with the owner. He was very accommodating and friendly.

Heres the thing. Im not their customer. Im just some guy that was stranded at a nearby gas station. Someone told me that my tire looked really low so I pulled into a truckers station and sure enough, it was almost flat. I went to put air in but it seems that everyone these days charges for air. I had a credit card but no cash so I couldnt even use the darn thing. As I was contemplating what to do, this guy asked me if he could help. I told him that I needed air but only had a credit card. He went to his car and came back with several dollars in quarters and handed them to me. I told him that I only needed $1.50 for the air. He said, lets make sure thats enough before I leave. It turned out that the tire wouldnt take any air because of a nail that I saw as I was trying to put air in. Then this guy (I think he was an owner), said, here, take some more in case your spare tire needs air... and if you need anything, Im just around the corner... come see me and Ill get you taken care of. I dont know about you, but if they treat a total stranger like that, how do you think they treat their customers? I recommend them based on that alone.

We have used New Concept Moving a couple times, but this past experience far exceeded our expectations. The movers showed up right on time and were very pleasant and professional ( Pablo and Crew ) They were incredibly careful, yet fast, when packing up all of our items. They asked us exactly where each piece of furniture or box should go in our new apartment and even helped us set up our furniture back. These guys are professionals at what they do. We were so pleased with our move!

Carlos and the guys at New Concept are some of the few people I have ever met in the moving and storage profession that actually care about the customers like they would their own family. Carlos was trained by the best in the business and it shows in his work ethic and the quality services New Concepts provides to their customers. Their prices are fair, their movers will care for your things and they will treat you right....you cant go wrong with New Concept.

This moving company was amazing. They were quick but very careful with my things and easy to work with on scheduling a date. I would work with them again and highly recommend them.

I would never hire this moving company. They were dishonest in their pricing and I have never seen slower movers, but that may be attributed to their constant cell phone usage. The owner claims that customer service is his first priority in past reviews, but was not interested at all in the performance of his workers and what was fair considering the work that wasn’t done. He just stated “I don’t care, get me my money.” I’ve never done a review in my life, but I didn’t want others to experience such poor service like we have.

Overpriced. They were 4 hours late, dropped boxes that said FRAGILE on them, camped out in the truck several times, and then charged me $1300 for what should have been a $700 move. Terrible company. And hard to get ahold of.
