We called Junk Jr. to clean out the last of our sisters belongings after she had passed away. There wasnt a lot left after we were able to give a lot of her stuff away, but we were tired of hauling stuff down the steps of her apartment to our cars, and just wanted the stuff gone. In less than an hour her apartment was empty of all the useless things that had helped make up her life. She took the important things with her to her next life.The men that showed up to dispose of her stuff were so very nice, clean, and of honorable character. We would use this business again.

Junk Jr doesnt work fast enough. He takes too long. He drags the jobs for days when the job shouldve been done in only one day. All I had him do was tear down a measly shed and some tall weeds behind the shed. It was in a small area about 10 x 20. He took almost two days (14 hours) to complete a job which shouldve only taken 8 hours. The process was very slow and frustrating. He also left a bunch of trash behind which shouldve made it into his truck and was forced to put it in my trash can.I am very upset and disappointed. I do not recommend junk jr. Hire someone else.

Junk Jr. ROCKS! Cody is the man!!!I called several junk hauling companies today with a need to have a washing machine removed from the basement of my home. Cody was the person I contacted on the phone. I explained to him I would like to have the item removed today if possible. He called me back and told me all of the trucks were previously committed but that he would personally come out to remove the washer. The washing machine didnt drain properly and was extremely heavy with all of the added water weight. He took his time to tape up the hoses to ensure that the water wouldnt be drained out during the removal. This was a big job. Cody was friendly, polite and didnt complain about the situation whatsoever. Cody even went above and beyond and helped me unload a washing machine from my truck and bring it up my driveway. He also offered to help me bring it in.These guys were great. I played phone tag with several other providers today. To have the guy answering the phone drop his responsibilities to come do the job himself says a lot!

I needed a refrigerator removed and called Junk Jr. within an hour Cameron was at my house ready to remove it. I found two more items that he could take and he didnt charge more, a mattress and an old microwave. He was efficient and polite and found the best way to get it out of the basement without marring the walls or carpet. I would definitely use him again.

Cameron and his people are highly responsive. I called them in the morning and by 12:30 p.m. they hauled out several pieces of old office furniture. There are others who do the same work, but based on the positive experience I had theres no reason for me to look elsewhere. Cameron arrived early in the two hour time period that had been quoted, removed a pile of construction debris quickly, and swept down the site leaving no evidence of the mess. This is the third time Ive had Junk Jr over to remove things I didnt need and couldnt handle moving on my own. This time, it was a giant pile of sod. They took the sod, swept up the area and left things looking nicer than before my landscaping project began! In the past, Junk Jr has taken a piano and treadmill, as well as large furniture items that just didnt fit into my new and smaller home. I used Junk Jr to remove mulch from a tree and stump I had removed. They came out when they said they would ( thats important to me). They removed all the mulch and cleaned up... Even took some small limbs that were left. I would totally recommend then for any junk removal.

We called Junk Jr. for Junk Removal out of our unfinished basement in Pleasant Grove Utah. They were AMAZING! They called to confirm our appointment, they were on time, they were fast, hard workers and they got the job done quickly. I had bags and bags of heavy things to remove from my basement. I also had wood pieces, glass containers, old pieces of furniture, toys, and boxes and boxes of items we no longer needed or used. It was a huge amount of JUNK and they got it out of my basement quickly. I am planning to call them again in the future if I ever have a heavy large amount of Junk that needs to be removed! I am very disappointed with this guys service. Junk Jr came to my house and agreed to haul away some trash for a cheap price. They did the work but only did it halfway. They left half of the trash and said well be back for the rest. Waited about 2 weeks and still didnt get a call from them. Tried calling them and they never answered nor returned my voicemails. Also, his workers are very unprofessional. They spit all over my driveway and used cruel language in front of my kids. I also noticed that he treated his worker (an old man) like a slave. He yelled at him all the time and pushed him to his breaking point. Never call these amateurs for work. They dont keep their promises and have fishy business practices. I Made a horrible mistake by calling them.

They called first which I appreciated. Both were professional and efficient. They had pre-established criterion for deciding the price which I feel was fair.
