Why do stylists never layer hair? Why do they insist on the straight, one length cut, no matter how curly, wavy, or thick it is. I beg for layers and never seem to get them, and the stylists here have the same issue.

Their appointments are a joke. Set up a time to come in online and was told there were 3 ahead of me. They only had 2 stylist working and one of them was with a client for the entire time I waited for almost an hour. I called back to let them know of my dissatisfaction with there service and the stylist hung the phone up on me. I have been a client since the store opened. Looks like I will find another place to take my business to.

Do not trust this place with appointments. They are super unprofessional and unorganized with their booking. I called and asked asking if they had any availability at 4 pm and was told that yes and that I could have that appointment. I get there and they had literally booked 5 of us at the SAME time with only TWO hairdressers. I got there right on time and they told me there were 4 people in front of me so it would be a bit of a wait (around an hour).I have historically use this as the main place I get my haircut and they are literally never on time, you can always expect delays but this was hands-down the worst theyve been. They have no respect for your time and will do whatever they like to make sure they have a full schedule for the day. The manager is absolutely apathetic and does not care about how it affects you at all. I tried calling her to talk about it and she would not take my calls. There are plenty of other places to get your haircut, go for one that respects your time and commitments.

For $20 a 3 fade to 4 on the sides and 1.5 on top is a pretty good deal. Thats a daily basic cut, but you gotta master the basics!

Im so glad I came here. Many hairs stylists, especially with experience, dont listen to what their client wants. Brandi listened and delivered! My time there was enjoyable and successful! Im a regular client here now!

I was disappointed in the wait time and terrible service. I set an appointment for 6pm and showed up a little early . Someone had arrived right before I got there and was already in the chair. There was only one person on duty so it was pointless to schedule an appointment when I basically had a 30 min wait anyways. The one staff that was on duty goes on to say she doesn’t know how to cut my hair in the style I want because it is out of style and she hasn’t done it forever. She also said my hair layers were too long for her to cut. She told me to come back another time for a cut because she didn’t feel comfortable cutting my hair after I was insulted and had already waited 30 min! Ridiculous! Never come here!

Im always happy to go to this Supercuts because the staff is always happy to see me, treats me like a valuable customer, and makes sure I have everything I need before I leave. Everyone looks and acts so professional, and the store is very organized.I know I can rely on the stylists, here, to give me great service.

It was clean. The woman who cut my hair seemed to pay attention to what she was doing. I left with a satisfactory hair cut. Very nice location too. Now Im gonna look irresistible to all the chicks in the neighborhood.

A very mediocre haircut. Im giving 3 stars because I appreciate the sacrifice stylists made during the COVID 19 pandemic and their willingness to go back to work today. Im also giving a third star because the hair dresser was polite, and very efficient as well which I appreciate. I also like not having my ear talked off so thats a plus.But she didnt ask how I wanted the back (she rounded it and I usually get squared), and I asked it not to be buzzed. On one side it was cut short, but the other side was buzzed all the way to the top. It looks bad that its uneven on one side (at least, its not what I wanted). she didnt really ask how far up I wanted it blended, and when she started it was fine, but she went too high when she was done. The top was cut just fine, though. It wasnt the worst hair cut, but I regret not waiting until sports clip reopened.
