Sad, first appointment delayed 30 mins, received that call 5 minutes before set time. Second appointment canceled without notification because the air conditioning broke. Gave them a chance to reschedule a third time and was told they simply dont have time.

I had an excellent experience with Mariah. She’s very professional and she completely understood what I wanted!

I made an appointment on line, went in and was greeted by Samantha. She was honest about the length that needed cut and understood the style i wanted. She was pleasant to talk to and gave me exactly what I wanted. This was my first time here and will definitely be back to see her again!

Love going there, they make you comfortable. They are clean and take good care of you! My hair always looks great.

I felt very comfortable at this location. Ruthie has done a great job of distancing everyone and sanitizing after each customer even sanitizing the credit card machine after each customer. I wish more places did as much as Cost Cutters in North Ridgeville to help keep customers safe from Covid 19.

I walked in and the stylist, Ashley was ready for me....I have had Ashley before and she is very GOOD!!! I will go back to that store again...Store is always clean and everyone is very nice....

I love my Cost Cutters Salon in North Ridgeville! Allof the ladies are so friendly & helpful!! Stephanie is my stylist & she is fantastic!!!!! I will miss them during this “shut down” period but she was able to fit me in for a haircut before they closed!! She is the best!!!

Worst hair cut I’ve ever gotten. Walked inside and not a customer there. I get a fade with a 2 guard on the side and scissors on top. Completely uneven, did not line up the front of my hair AT ALL and when I came home I took a 3 guard to the side of my head and had hair all over the place. Not a customer there and they could not take the time and pride to do it right. Will never go back here.

Had a color and a trim. I liked it. However, she could have blow dried my hair with the price I had to pay.

Well I got a root touch up and a cut. Color turned out great. However they charge the same for root touch up as they do all over color. She really jacked my bangs up. Cut them exactly how I told her NOT too. I felt bad for her, I told her I didn’t like them she tried to fix but you can’t put hair back. I still tipped over 20% but I will never go back. e em my kids laughed when they saw me.. the girl was nice but my bangs are hideous. Too short, wrong shape, etc. I’m upset and VERY disappointed. My bangs like Winona Ryder’s in beetle juice according to my boyfriend

Worst haircut Ive ever received. Underside got completely botched, and when I went back to ask for a refund I was told that was how it was supposed to look.

Couple days sgo Ive done my toner there. When I did appointment I was told the 20$ price. I came on my appointment and lady who was there told me that applying a toner will cost me 50$. Ok.O got it. After I asked to dry out my hair. She answered that it will cost another 17$. I said, that i do not need styling, I just do not want my hair so soaky wet. She answered that its not her who did create the prices. Well, I just left with soaky wet hair in the cold winter outsaide. We so greedy? I always liked that salon. Not anymore. By the way, 3 days after that toner she applied on just gone. 50$ for nothing. Will not come back there and do not reccomend .

Very friendly and did a great job cutting and styling my daughters head of thick, curly hair. Not allot of people know how to properly cut curly hair.

They cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it, the older lady was super nice and fun to talk to! They are clean and they have good sales on hair products. 2 haircuts and 2 bottles of heat protectant was about $50.

Enough cannot be said for my stylist. I took pictures with me and explained the cut I wanted. She delivered! I was weeping in the chair as she cut off the mullet the other hairdresser gave me. Im sold on this stylist! Kudos!
