I came in under a referral. The place has lots of specific machines that help for muscle training. I train at night and I always get greeted and I’m always shown empathy from the man Alikhan. He’s a great guy to see when I workout! He helps me to make sure I have a great workout and makes sure I leave in a better mood than cane in with. I recommend going to the gym just for the great community hands down.

Love this gym and the vibes it gives off never felt so comfortable working out and recording myself because everyone else in this gym doing it also and not messing around at all! Best gym in North Texas! Open 24/7 and it is huge! It has all the machines you can think of and dumbbells that go up to 200 lbs. on top of that, it has a supplement store where you can get anything you need; pre workout, protein, snacks, meal preps, energy drinks! The staff is great too!!!

I did personal training here and got absolutely nothing out of it and wasted so much money. It was legit guys just standing next to me and making me do machines. “Absolute” waste of my money. Not to mention some of the staff is extremely disrespectful to women, inside and outside the gym. I never felt comfortable in this location at all. I highly recommend not coming here ESPECIALLY for personal training, and if you are a woman in general!

This is one of the best gyms in DFW - Hands Down!Awesome equipment, friendly staff, supplement store… and recently 200 pound dumbbells. I can’t hit those yet, but nothing a little BCAAs can’t fix, right? Nonetheless, it’s an awesome place to workout and make serious gains.

If you love variety In equipment and humble ownership which leads to employee culture, this is where you should go. Truly a unique one of a kind training facility that has been very well thought out. I would say it’s more geared towards the target market that truly takes pride in the details. You will rarely visit without a welcoming handshake from the owner himself which is quite the dyeing art.

If you’re looking for results, you’ll see them once you join Absolute Recomp. The trainers here are extremely knowledgeable and professional, and the overall price is probably the best I’ve seen. This gym has everything (equipment/training-wise) I need to get my body looking the best it can be. Whenever I need something AK is always there to help. He set me up on this place and I’ve never regretted it. I’ve been to multiple gyms and this is the best in terms of connections, equipment, and overall progress towards my body.

Come up here on my off days, AK took me on a tour of the gym and helped a lot in giving us an honest run down of the memberships. Parking is a problem but was told in the future it wouldn’t be. Gym is spaced alright and as well a lot of powerlifting equipment is present, one of the best gyms in dfw in my opinion. I’ve come in early in the mornings around 4-5 am and the gym is very clean. Locker rooms as well are very nice

Hands down, this is my favorite gym. Very convenient to the house, and ridiculously equipped. Any kind of athlete or weekend warrior can find what they are looking for here.

The absolute best gym I’ve ever been too. I’ve been training for over 6 years bouncing around from all sorts of gyms and this one by far is the best one I’ve been to and not plan on leaving. They have all the machines and weights you can think of and the quality of the facility is amazing I would highly recommend this gym to anyone beginners or advanced.

I drive almost an hour 6 days a week just to come to this amazing gym. It’s kept clean and well maintained. It’s still a new gym so they are expanding rapidly and the memberships are cheap. If I could give 6 stars I would, but overall this gym is THE nicest gym I’ve ever went to and the staff there is amazing.

I’ve been going to this gym for a while. The recent expansion brought in so much equipment, it’s hard not to go. Compared to a commercial gym, AR beats it by a landslide. The big alpha AK helped me get my membership started with the best possible rate and was really honest when comparing prices to other gyms. I would highly recommend coming here. This gym is what a real gym should look like. All around great environment with great people and great owners. Everyone is there to grind and everyone is there to support one another. The owner Nabil has put in so much work to expand the gym over the years and all of the workers are great. The gym is open 24/7 and they even have night time workers who do a great job making sure the gym is in good shape. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. 👍

Used to train at LA, came in for a day pass and switched instantly. AK helped both me and my boyfriend out very helpful in giving us real prices and how we could save the most money. Been going to Absolute Recomp for a few months now and have zero complaints. The atmosphere is great and the staff is professional. Didn’t have any issues getting signed up with a plan that worked for me. They’ve got a large verity of equipment and it’s kept clean and in working order. Overall it’s been a great experience.

I have been training at AR for almost 4 years now. The expansion has made this gym next-level. The trainers and all of the staff treat you like family. Far better value than many other big commercial gyms.

Amazing gym, great atmosphere, and all the workers are really cool! With the new expansion you’ll pretty much find everything you need especially due to AR keeping up to date with the equipment and getting everything you’d need. There is also a powerlifting section, with a great atmosphere and cool people to get to know/meet.

My cousin wanted to show me his gym not too far from where I stay and was impressed. The selection of machines was not only wide but the equipment was A1 as well. Perfect gym if you’re trying to put in work in a quality quality atmosphere.

Great gym. Just expanded. Only gym I’ve been to around Dallas that has essentially all the equipment you need from strongman, to PL, to BB. You can’t go wrong with AR especially since other similar gyms cost $50/m and AR is only around 25-30 depending on the type.

This gym has amazing equipment and all the personnel is friendly. I didn’t give it 5 ⭐️ just because their parking lot is very very limited specially during peak hours but overall it’s a great gym.

Best gym in the DFW metroplex! I was looking for a place that was open 24/7 and then I found this gem! I like how it’s close to North Richland Hills as well. The staff is always very helpful and always open to answer the questions I have. Looking forward to their big expansion this summer!

I was looking for a modern fun gym on this side of town when a friend told me about Absolute Recomp. I decided to check it out and also train with her trainer. I ended up really loving the gym. It’s one of the best gyms I’ve been to because of all the great vibes and awesome equipment. My trainer is Brandon who has been amazing. He really wants to teach me things in a way that I can remember and do it on my own. So not only am I investing in myself he’s helping to invest in me as well. He’s passionate about what he does and I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer. Matter fact everyone should have a trainer! Absolute Recomp is a fun gym. The community of people that go is what makes it super cool. I can’t wait to see how the expansion is going to turn out and all the incredible ways the gym will scale out to keep its clients motivated and happy to be there.

Wow is all I can say! I have worked out with Grant (trainer) for 4 months now! He is extremely professional and makes the workout efficient and fun! He works so well around my schedule - and his workout plans are adjustable to how I am feeling that day! 10 out of 10 recommend! I have sent multiple friends and families to the other trainers here! Bryson (trainer) has worked out with a family member of mine and she is 30lbs down in less than 3 months!

The staff and the location is awesome. I get there pretty early, so I end up meeting some of the staff as they come in to train clients or get setup. Ive been to many gyms and this one has a very welcoming feeling. Ive tested this by going midday on a Saturday to check the vibe and it was as expected, awesome! its a little further drive than my previous gym but, the atmosphere and the variety of equipment make it worth the drive.

Great training gym for all classifications of training. Weightlifting, powerlifting, bodybuilding, etc. One of the great things about the gym is that someone is always bigger, stronger, or faster than you so if applied right, can certainly elevate your training to the next level.

Excellent gym I was having a hard time finding a gym with the right atmosphere and energy along with the equipment that I like to use. Absolute met all those requirements and the friendly staff and good membership plans sealed the deal for me.

I’ve been working out at AR for about two months and I love it. My trainer Brandon is the best, he always pushes me and makes sure I’m getting all the information to reach my fitness goals. As for the gym it’s super spacious with a lot of different machines and everybody minding they own business so it’s comfortable to get your workout in! 10/10 would recommend
