Save yourself an ENORMOUS headache and DONT use T-Force Freight shipping. They are HORRIBLE! No Response, claim they dont have enough workers to transport the merchandise, when you finally get to talk to someone they are rude, ignorant, and not helpful at all. When the freight finally arrives at the warehouse, a rep is supposed to call you to schedule the delivery. FORGET ABOUT IT!!! Youd better have a ton of time chasing these people around, otherwise you wont see your shipment for months!!!!

Just the worst freight carrier around. No one cares. No one wants to help. It’s like they are doing you a favor just to get a dock pickup. I’d pay more to use a different carrier.

I shipped an engine. 1 month later I received a BILLING ADJUSTMENT INVOICE for over weight fee 68.25 and 35.00 processing fee.!!!! we proved the weight....while in dispute they took 103.25 out of my account.....THEY REFUSE to refund. or I can provide a pic while on a scale!!!!

Overall bad customer service. Tracking numbers are also never updated in a timely manner. The customer service rep. hung up on me when I was trying to explain my frustration of them missing their delivery date..

Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Poorly marked buildings, missing street numbers and hard to find the proper entrance door due to lack of any signage. Our box was pretty beat up with tape falling off, but contents were fine.

Just be proactive about your package and you wont have any issues. I contacted UPS and was able to get the direct phone number to this facility which made things A LOT easier. Patt was very nice over the phone, front desk person was quickly able to tell me that my package was there, and the fork lift operator gently lifted my crate onto my pickup. No isses at all, my crate arrived the same way it left, with all the contents inside in the exact same orientation as they were placed. Thanks UPS stoneham. ( P.S- entrance is on the LEFT side of the building, walk up the ramp and the office is on the right hand side)

As someone who works in logistics, UPS Freight Stoneham of the North Reading Terminal (cause that makes sense) is hands down the absolute worst. This terminal should be ashamed of its inability to accurately track freight and every time I deal with them someone different is managing the place. Looks like upper management has just failed to put a good team together in this location as I have had problems with this terminal for 2+ years.

UPS is the worst, but that’s no reflection of the guys in North Reading. UPS “customer service” screwed up my delivery after assuring me 3 times via phone everything was on schedule. I begrudgingly drove to the freight center in North Reading only to have the most pleasant encounter I’ve had with a vendor. They even helped me hand load my shipment into my car. 0 stars for UPS, 5 for the employees of the north reading freight center.

I rated them one star because 0 stars is not an option. My delivery has been rescheduled 3 times now. It appears that the only way I can get my items is to pick them up because these folks cant seem to do the one thing people pay them a lot of money for. When I call I am told that delivery was attempted but no one was here. We are a business and have made it clear that we have staff here until 5 PM daily. We checked our camera system this morning for the dates and times noted in the tracking and apparently a drive by qualifies at a Delivery Attempt because that is all these idiots do.

Without a doubt, the worst customer service on the planet. My freight delivery never showed after 5 missed scheduled appointments and 19 days of waiting for $3000 worth of fitness equipment. The depot manager, Joe, hung up on me after I asked him about why he lied to me about assurances my order would be delivered next day. These people just dont care about customer service or their jobs. The excuses were always the same i.e. we loaded the pallet on to the wrong truck, or the truck we loaded it on to didnt have a liftgate. And if you call the 1800 number for UPS Freight, you have to contend with mindless souls giving more excuses and reminders about checking tracking information online. I will be staying clear of this carrier at all costs next time. FedEx Freight have NEVER had any issues delivering to my address and always keep their appointments. I truly hope this facility goes out of business due to the lack of respect it shows it customers.

Nothing but the problems with this ups fright. Terrible service, damaged and missing items, cant deliver on time. Last time i took a day off and was waiting for my item to arrive and no body showed up and when i called to ask why it was not delivered they were lying that they came and there was no room to leave my item even though i can fit 8 cars on my driveway. Then they rescheduled for next week and no body showed up again. So i had to call again and they told me i have to pay 100$ extra if i want my item to be delivered again. Even though they never showed up before. What a scumbags. I would never use this company again if I had a choice.Finaly i got in touch with a seller and wanted to cancel my order so they probably payed them to have it delivered again and i got my item almost two weeks later.

TERRIBLE!!! This facility has all types of operation issues. I had a delivery set for 5/31, they called me and arranged it to 6/1 and told me I had to be home to receive package, I agreed, on friday novody showed up or called. Waited till monday then called to check status on it, they appologized and made another delivery apptm to 6/5, again nobody showed up or called. Next day I call and they tell me they have to schedule another apptm for friday 6/8, I tell them this is absurd and ask if I could pick it up myself at their location, they tell me yes anytime after 11am, I went to place, waited 50 min and was told they didnt have my package.Disorganized operations, clueless employees

Worst terminal in United State, We ship nationally and UPS freight Stonham MA terminal refuse to take more than 10 Tires at the time, they are wasting fuel coming to our Warehouse and than the driver said my dispatcher Jack do not allow me to load more than 10 tires because some of our employees at the dock refuse to work and unloaded, I called Jack and spoke to him he was very rude and did not care and told me that the driver will leave now without any shipment the guy speak like criminal, I called the terminal again got a very polite and nice lady on the phone she promised that the manager Dave will call me back he never called I called Dave two days later he gave me some excuse that employees having some problem to unload the truck all Union Employees, terrible terminal, we use UPS in other locations in Texas and Seattle and have no issues, this terminal run by bad people even the drivers come here and wants to take more shipment and dont understand why the dispatcher is so rude, they should learn from Fedex freight which so much better and pleasant.

What a terrible experience!!!! Weve recently ordered equipment to be delivered from KY to MA. Delivery was guaranteed for today Friday the 20th. Package didnt show up! Ive received a call mid day to confirm address because their veteran driver with 10 year experience couldnt find our office located on main st in Revere MA. After short a conversation with customer service I was told that driver already left and he is not coming back. Seriously? Im wandering how is that possible since we were waiting all day in our office for this shipment??? After contacting local terminal we were forced to pickup shipment ourself. Upon arrival I was accused on providing wrong address, and told that the driver didnt even pickup the package form North Reading terminal because he thought it was the wrong address . How the hell you allow this???? According to North Reading UPS terminal supervisor, delivery driver decided not to load your shipment. Weve had to rearrange our day, cancel appointments and upset our customer. There was no apologies whats so ever!!!! When I asked for refund I was told that I have to call elsewhere .UPS just because you are biggest company doesnt mean you can screw people around !!! I wish there will be more competition so you will be forced to really care about customers.Your business practices disgust me!
