I went a few days ago to get my toes done. I had gone a few times before for manicures so I figured they’d do a great job on my pedicure. She did all the normal stuff and when it came to cleaning up the dead skin around my nails she dug into the side of my big toe! It hurt and whatever it was, was pretty big. The very next day my big toe starting hurting. Now 4 days later it’s infected and purple!

The ladies at Loans Nails were very professional and detailed in their work. They did a great job on my nails and toes! The shop overall was also very prepared to stop the spread of covid-19. They have great sanitation procedures in place to keep themselves and clients safe. Very satisfied with my visit, will definitely return!

Every time I go there, they refuse to do my eye brows. They’ve only done them once and they did a good job but the last two times I went they said no. I’m respectful and nice every time I go so I know it’s not me. I won’t go here again. Waste of time.

My daughter had the worst experience here. From the reviews I was not expecting and old dirty dark rundown atmosphere half the color choices of a normal nail salon and rude staff that sat on the phone the whole time service took forever too.

Found this clean establishment down the street from my home and it was AMAZING! They even informed me about water damage to my nails under my set!!! Im now going to be coming here from now on for everything! They have the best color selection Ive ever seen not to mention killer cat eye selection and Im never going back into Boston for nails again because I found a diamond here!!

Horrible service. Horrible product. Not sure if these lady’s are even licensed. Worst customer service I have experienced. Highly overpriced. And they lie about the prices. Avoid this place.
