Drivers came to To my industrial park today and he threw histrash all of my property I have him on camera crazy !!

Fair weather freight terminal. While I was waiting a thunderstorm came through. After another half an hour they came out and told me it was too wet to drive fork trucks on their ramp and I should come back when it is dry outside.

Dropped off 3 pallets for shipment. I had one oversize/odd piece. Dock manager even provided a skid to ensure that our items safety when shipped. Very helpful. No my standard shipping method for big stuff.

Horrible experience! Used them once and will never repeat: I shipped a $2.5K TV monitor from MA to CA. Shipment arrived there late by a week, YRC tried to charge the recipient even though I had paid in full upfront. They kept harassing the recipient with multiple invoices. Worse of all: they damaged the shipment (totaled it, so I lost $2.5K), did not acknowledge it was their fault and did not pay a cent of damages. Did not refund even the shipping charges to compensate for the loss. The optional per-pound insurance option they offered was ridiculous: it costs more in insurance premium than the coverage ($800 premium for $600 coverage, how does that make sense?!). I triple-checked, no mistake in the numbers. The only thing YRC has going for them: they are 3%-5% cheaper than UPS Freight or FedEx Freight. I guess this is how they keep getting new customers. So if you do not care if your shipment will arrive on time or will get damaged and do not mind dealing with random charges - this is your company!

Out standing service

Horrible service and their use of Guaranteed means nothing! We had even paid for flights to be there when our delivery arrived. Promised it would be delivered 3 days later.

Estimated date was not even close. Customer service was good Once u finally get through, but this trucking company is BAD.
