I did call this company when my car broke down on the freeway and the drive was there in 45 minutes. help me tow it to they garage and the car was fix same day.

Not properly insured. Rear ended my car and provided false insurance information and was not cooperative. Lots of other towing places in the area that wont lie to your face.

I called them through Tow365 dispatch. They left me stranded for 3 hours. I waited way past the 90 mins window before calling them. They said they would be here in 20 mins that they were having trouble with the weather. Another half hour goes by and I call again, they tell me that they are down a truck and tell me they are 15 mins out. Another half hour, goes by and I cancel the tow through the service and go with someone else. They called me back to ask me why Im canceling since they are five mins away (asked in a tone suggesting I would be crazy for cancelling now.This company obviously couldnt handle the call, yet instead of releasing my call so someone else could handle it, they were greedy and kept me stranded.
