Absolutely terrible experience, I was told because I was renting the van that the price was 79 cents a mile and I was charged 99 cents, mileage adds up. Ac on 90 deg. Day did not work, plastic piece on the back of door was broken, and to make matters worse I had a reservation and had to waste 45min. Just for a uhaul to return. I truly do not believe my mileage also, so take a picture with your phone. This was a horrible experience and I have rented about 30 times in my life time, this time I will never forget.
