Was told by insurance company that I would have service in 45 minutes. An hour and a half later, still no show. A good samaritan jump started my car and I was on my way in less than 5 mins.

Flat tire that was sudden - after waiting 55 min for my other “service” to give a eta I called RoadTech - wow - within 15 min (we were 10 min away) their tech came, changed tire, and gave us good advise on what to do next - thank you!!! Grateful for being able to drive away - price was very fair. Road Tech rocks when you need them ... and you never know.

Called at 2am on a Sunday morning to have my flat tire changed. To make matters worst I did not have the spare tire key to remove the flat tire. I had previously called AAA for assistance and they told me that they would have to tow my vehicle to their garage and cut the spare tire lock off. AAA said this would cost a total of $300 which wasnt covered under my AAA policy. $300 just for a lock removal? NO THANK YOU.After searching for almost an hour, I located RoadTech-Pro to come out to assist with my flat tire dilemma. It took less than 25 minutes for the technician to arrive on scene. It was unbelievable to see how fast he was in removing the tire lock and putting my spare tire on. I was truly impressed and pleased on how well RoadTech-Pro handled my stressful situation and I would truly recommend this company to anyone in need of a professional roadside assistance service.
