The staff and environment are excellent at Aesthetic Dental Studio of RI! I feel like the front office does great work making sure insurance covers all they are responsible for, and their appointment reminders are thorough, but never feel like Im being spammed. Theyre also just very nice in general :) Dr. Castillo and her assisting staff are also fantastic. I always feel completely comfortable lying in the chair and get more information than I ever thought I needed! Every experience with this team has been wonderful.

This was my first appointment with the doctor and hygienist. Upon arrival, the girl at the desk was so helpful and guided me through everything I had to enter. Pleasant and patient with me. The hygienist took me into the X-ray room and explained everything to me about what the X-rays were and made me feel very comfortable. Her technique with vjeaning my teeth was unbelievable! My teeth feel so clean and smooth! The doctor came and made me feel so at ease. Thorough exam and before anything she asked about my family and myself. What a bed side manner! She did a full cancer screen and explained exactly what was going on in my mouth. I will never ever go to another dentist. Wonderful Experience there, Dr Castillo was really nice with our 4 year old (it was her first time at the dentist so we had no idea how she was to behave ). Not one pediatric dentist we called had space to see her before months even though our daughter was saying she was having pain in her front tooth. We called here and they had appointment available for her extremely fast. the Dentist was not pushy of any procedure and really seem to work/care for the patient health overall and she wasnt condescending or unpleasant (like I find is often the case sadly in the medical field). The rest of the staff were also all very nice. I am so pleased we found this place and will definitely bring my daughter back there and will go there for myself too when I will need an appointment. I was in a lot of PAIN! Dr Costello took some pictures of a tooth in the back of my mouth and showed me a huge crack. The remedy was extraction. What a great team. With very little pain and use of state of the art equipment the tooth was out and the pain gone!!!! Thank you ADS for making this experience as easy and painless as possible. My daughters and I love going to the Aesthetic Dental Studio! One of the most attentive dentists Ive ever experienced! All the office staff are extremely kind, patient and helpful. Dr. Castillo herself is very detail-oriented and treats each case very individually. She even said she’ll review my case (not great dental health past few years and lots of teeth decay due to autoimmune condition and lots of juicing at home for colon detox purposes - which apparently worsened the teeth decay!) over the next few weeks with colleagues before coming up with a plan for me. I absolutely love this office!! They are always professional and kind. I have a large family and they always work with you for appointments. They have early morning appointments which is perfect for my schedule and before school. The office was spotless before COVID and now it’s even more so. You obviously don’t wear a mask while you are in the chair and I feel very safe here. I feel like they take every precaution possible and they CARE about your health. I went in for a procedure and Dr. Castillo explained every part of the process. She wanted to make sure I was informed and aware of what she was doing. Very Pleased with my visits! Came to the office to see Dr. Castillo for amalgam removal. I want to remove the mercury and replace them with no metal filling. She explained the procedure she uses following SMART so I do not get more toxic in my body. I have already gone few times and every visit everyone is very welcoming. Emergency visit. Happy they took me for my tooth infection. Dr. Castillo saw me the same day I called. She was very nice and her holistic approach to treatment was very refreshing. After much research I concluded that this was the only biological dental office in Rhode Island. They don’t do amalgam filling‘s and they remove mercury fillings under the safest conditions known. After getting mercury poisoning from a previous dentist’s careless removal, I would only have mercury fillings removed from a qualified dentist like Dr. Castillo!

I just called this office to find out some information about seeing the dentist and having a tooth extraction done. Before I could finish explaining what was going on with it, the woman who answered the phone rudely interrupted me and said we dont do it that way. So I said well you dont let me finish explaining what is going on so I wont be making an appointment with this practice if you dont listen to the patients explain themself first. If I could rate less than 1 star I would. The woman who answers the phone was rude. I dont recommend trying to call and explain why you need to be seen, just find another practice.
