My girlfriend and I moved here a few months ago and have never felt so welcomed into an apartment community! Initially, we were attracted to their dog friendly environment and industrial-mill architecture, but it turns out there is so much more to love! From the staff and maintenance crew to the the tenants, everyone is super friendly. The Brittany and Wendi work hard to provide enjoyable community bonding events, from food trucks to kickball! Doug and Maria keep the building’s common areas immaculate and ensure all residents requests are met in a timely manner. As far as dog accommodations are concerned, the dog park is perfect for meet and greets and play time. There is plenty of walking space on property, including a nice view of the river, to give the pup some exercise. While the apartments, amenities, and property are amazing, the feeling of being part of a community and family really makes Lyman Mills an incredible place to call home!

My boyfriend and I have been here almost 2 years and never want to leave! Its absolutely wonderful how they converted the industrial mill to apartments. The building itself is very well- maintained, from the community rooms to the gym, it is a perfect place to call home. Wendi and Brittany are more than professional, they are family, always accommodating their tenants and always creating fun events to be a part of. Doug and Erica ensure that the building is safe, secure and immaculate and I thank them for that! I love the community that has been built here and happy to continue to call Lyman home!

From beautiful apartments to terrific leasing staff and maintenance team. This was also my very first apartment accomplishing one of my goals to live in a mill. I was so happy to be part of this fantastic community because well, Wendi makes Lofts at Lyman feel like a fascinating community and a great place to call home. As a former assistant property manager, I am amazed at how Wendi was always going above and beyond for her residents. I recently moved out, and I was sad to leave such a wonderful place. Wendi, Brittany, Doug are the most caring, helpful, dedicated people I have experienced in my times in apartment living. I have had numerous lockouts at CRAZY hours and had to call them to let me in and they ALWAYS are there for me. If something needs fixing in my apartment Doug comes rather quickly to help repair the problem. My favorite park is the dog park though seeing its easy access to let my dog relieve himself and have the opportunity to make friends. In the summer I let my dog play while I was cooking on the community grills next to the park. The overall property has so many perks for the tenants, truly blown away!

I have been a guest at this apartment quite a few times. Every time I have gone, it was always a great experience. Very nice community, the apartments are very modern, and the whole building is spotless clean. If I ever move into an apartment this would be the one I would choose 100%.

This is a great place to live. The lofts are beautiful and the building well maintained. The management has been responsive and everyone is kind and like a family. I would highly recommend living here!

My husband and I moved into Lyman 2 months ago and we have been blown away with how amazing it is to live here! Everything is so clean, the staff Wendi, Brittany, Doug & Erica all put their heart into helping everyone here! Anytime we have a question, maintenance request or need anything at all they respond quickly and are there in a heartbeat to help us! They are constantly thinking of new things to add to the building/area too which is always nice! The community is so welcoming and we are so happy we decided to live here!

Some units have roof/ceiling leaks during rain storms. Repair work has not been done on problem units. Some residents allow theirdogs to constantly bark while walking in the halls inside the building and arent considerate of other residents. Most residents with dogs are respectful inside the complex.

Nothing but great things to say about this place! Wendi and Brittany are extremely helpful and are so accommodating to all of the residents here.The dog community and dog park are fantastic and is such a huge plus!! The gym is also amazing with great equipment including a Peloton bike which is awesome.

My girlfriend and I moved in during August of 2019 and from the first interaction it’s been nothing but great things to say about the building. Dog friendly, amazing community and all the amenities you can ask for in a place that’s so close to downtown Providence, you can’t beat it! 11/10!

I have lived 7 places in the last 7 years. Moving into Lyman was by far the smoothest move I’ve ever had. From the start, Brittany and Wendi made everything so simple and answered every question I had. The staff is kind and treats you like family. Doug the maintanence manager made sure my apartment was perfect before I moved in and even took all of my boxes to the trash for me after I unpacked. Brittany went above and beyond to check in on how my move went and followed up with me after a few days to make sure everything was going well in my new home. Wendi made sure that not only I felt welcome, but my dog as well. He loves the treats in her office. I would recommend Lyman to anyone!

Living at the Lyman Mill has been a dream come true for my husband and I. We searched for months looking for the right place to call home, and ever since moving in a month ago, there truly is no other complex like it. First off, Wendi, the property manager, is amazing. She helped us through the entire process, making everything so easy. Her kind personality really makes you feel like you’re joining a family community. Alyssa, who also works in the office, has been so helpful in answering any questions we have. Secondly, these apartments are absolutely stunning! Everything inside of them is in great condition, practically brand new. Before moving in, the apartment gets touched up with fresh paint, and a deep clean which is evident upon move-in. Also, the area outside of the mill is kept beautifully and clean. Third, when they say that it is a gated community, it truly is a gated community. I feel so safe living here because only people who have a fob can enter into the building and park behind the gates. Fourth, Lyman offers great amenities such as a gym, dog-grooming room, movie theatre, etc. The list goes on. My husband and I have zero complaints! Thank you Lyman for being the absolutely best, we couldn’t imagine living anywhere else!

Im so happy to call the Lofts my home! The property is beautiful, and my neighbors are so welcoming. Two of my favorite things about living here is how clean the building is... SPOTLESS and how safe I feel when I am alone at night. Also, Doug the property maintenance man is always around to help with any issues, and even helps with small projects that I cant do myself. He is the best! Ive recommended 4 friends to this building and now we are all neighbors!

If you want to hear everything your neighbors are doing and I mean EVERYTHING then this is the place for you. There is zero sound proofing between floors, it’s awful! There are dogs barking constantly. You want to sleep at night, but your neighbor is awake, good luck! The apartments look nice but the sound is unbelievable. STAY AWAY!

Highly recommend Lofts at Lyman Mills. This was the first apartment I’ve ever rented so everything was new to me. The apartments are beautiful and the complex is VERY clean. The staff is extremely kind and very helpful. To have your first apartment can be nerve-wracking, but Wendi, Doug, Brittany and the other staff made it so welcoming and helped with the many questions I had. The complex is at its early stages of life and was above and beyond my standards. It is getting better and better each day!

When I first moved into Lyman in the winter of 2018, I wasnt very happy. The building management company that had invested in the project was distant, and the customer service was lacking.Fast forward almost two years and I am still here! The new team of Wendi & Brittany has completely turned this building around, and they have transformed Lyman from a place to live into a true community. They have helped me, my girlfriend & our puppy time and time again to make our experience here as hospitable as possible. There are no other options when looking for an apartment in the Providence area.Dont move in here if you dont want to be treated as family!

Lofts at Lyman are awesome! Lived in them for over a year and was a pleasure the entire lease. Wendi (building manager) is the best and always receptive to any tenant needs that would arise. The complex is awesome and the owners are always adding new stuff around the property, all in all a great place to call home!

I have lived at the mill since June 2019 and can honestly say it’s been a great experience so far. The women in the office (Wendi and Brittany) and the maintenance guy (Doug) have made this place such a great environment to live. When it came time to renew my lease, it was a no brainer. I’ve met some pretty awesome people/residents here as well! If you’re looking for a place that is safe, clean, affordable, and a friendly community, Lyman is the spot.

Lyman Mill is THE BEST. Me and my husband LOVE living here. We can’t tell people enough about it...it’s perfect. Everything is brand new and clean. You feel happy to come home everyday to your apartment. The grounds are kept so clean also. Everything about these lofts are amazing and you won’t be disappointed. WENDI ALSO IS THE BEST. She does the leasing for the lofts. She’s amazing and when you meet her, you feel Ike you’ve known her your whole life. She would do anything for the people who live here! I fell in love with Lyman as soon as I saw it. I knew I wanted it to be my new home. Wendi and all of the staff are absolutely amazing.Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and it is such a beautiful and safe community. It is hard to find a living space and community that is truly as nice and friendly as this one.

Fantastic place, very caring and understanding. They are very pet friendly with a lot of accommodations for yourself as well. Dog park recreation room gym and soon to be patio leaves you with things to always do and meet new people.

I have lived in multiple rental properties across the country and this has been my hands down favorite! Wendi and Brittany are extremely service oriented and very nice people! Doug the head of maintenance fixed the two issues I had in a timely and professional manner. Maria keeps the property extremely clean and is just a lovely person! The community of people here has been a pleasant surprise as well. What really does it for me are the amenities! The gym is really nice for all levels of fitness, the community rooms are tastefully done and my son and I play pool And foozeball all the time! The media room is fantastic to watch movies in! A Peloton room was just added along with a yoga room, both of which are tastefully done. The functions here are a lot of fun and I made several new friends from attending. The animals here have conscientious owners who seem to love their pets and the pet wash is awesome, it is so easy to care for my dogs there. Overall 5 stars I highly recommend!

Ive lived here for over a year now and its a fantastic place to be. Really feels like a big family. Most of the people who live here are fantastic and friendly!! The community rooms and theater room are amazing! Glad that I continue to call Lyman Mills home.

Lyman Mill lifts are amazing! They have something for everyone... from a dog park, to an amazing state of the art gym. The apartments themselves are beautiful and so spacious! Not to mention the staff, Wendi from the leasing office is AMAZING and always greets us with a smile and willing to help if needed. Alyssa as well, always assisting and so helpful. I definitely recommend this place!

The Lofts has been like a family for me as I moved for work into the area. Very accommodating for my dog with the dog wash and dog park and even has residents that will walk/ take your dog out if you get stuck T work. New and very clean look both on the exterior and interior and probably the best security for a building in North Providence. Wendi the manager is great and like a mother to us always willing to help.

I have to say I was unsure about my new move, but when I was on a tour I truly felt as though I was entering such a warm, and loving community... In these moments of my tour, I got the best outlook on the entire building from Wendi Barricelli, property manager. Being an outsider Wendi made it VERY inviting and from that moment I knew this is exactly where i wanted to live.. What a great experience and beautiful building with everything one would desire!

From start to finish, our experience with every aspect of moving into Lyman Mill has been perfect! Our apartment is beautiful and has amazing finishes. Everyone we have met and dealt with have been extremely friendly- Alyssa is a super star! We always have our questions answered within the hour! The amenities that we have here are far beyond what any other place we toured had. Without a doubt, this place is perfect!

Living here is great! The facility is amazing and the staff is wonderful! Wendy the woman at the front desk and Ryan the head of maintenance are both incredible. Ryan is great, he is prompt and he can fix everything!Wendy is WONDERFUL! She is very welcoming and makes the apartment feel like home! She is happy to help with any problems that I have and is very good at fostering a community atmosphere! She regularly plans events that give us residents the opportunity to mingle with our neighbors. Alysa is also great! She is very helpful and kind.

My roommate and I moved into our apartment late December and have absolutely loved our experience here. The management and maintenence staff are so friendly, welcoming, and attentive to every request. They make us feel at home and frequently hold community events for us to attend.The facilities are great, with a 24/7 gym with plenty of equipment, a community room that can be used to host parties (or for us students to study), and two other media and game rooms. The location is ideal, with many restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations, bike paths and more close by. Not to mention Federal Hill is less than ten minutes away.The apartment itself is beautiful and very spacious for the price we paid. We are pleased with all our appliances, including our in-unit washer and dryer. The only utility we pay for is electricity, which has been very affordable.The building has remained very clean and not very noisy. Overall an amazing place to live with attentive staff that make this apartment building feel like home!Definitely check this place out if you are looking for a convenient, affordable, welcoming home in the providence area.

We love living here! The new spacious apartments, dog park, gym, and dog wash station have been phenomenal perks but the best part of living here has to be Wendi. Wendi has been nothing short of amazing. She is extremely professional, fair and approachable. She welcomes every tenant with open arms and really makes everyone feel like family. The whole setup and building layout is fantastic. Everything is new and the appliances and materials that were used in the apartments are very upscale.The management is very concerned about the residents being happy by addressing complaints and the maintenance crew is fantastic and fast.The rates are affordable and the amenities and security of the building are top notch. Cameras are everywhere.

Lyman Mills is definitely one of the nicest apartment buildings in the area. The newly renovated building has a old time charm with a modern twist. Staff is super friendly and accommodating at any time of day or night. Pet friendly and lots of other bonuses including gym, party rooms, and movie room. Safe and clean.

I have been living in the lofts since December and it has been a great experience! The staff is incredibly welcoming and always there for anything you need. Beautiful Apartments!Beautiful apartments, great community rooms including a secure mailroom and gated entry into the parking lot. Friendly staff that always answers any questions right away.The biggest issue while living here that is worth mentioning is that we are able to hear word for word conversations above and next door making privacy a major issue. Noises heard include even the more quiet ones like snoring, sneezing, alarm clocks, etc..Besides that, reading the other reviews show that it’s clearly a great place to live and worth checking out!

Over the weekend I toured a lot of properties looking for an apartment, but when I went to Lyman I knew this was the place I needed to be! I really loved the amenities, especially the large gym and also the gates and the feeling of being secure. Very excited about the outside grill and fire pit area too! It was Wendi that made the difference, you can tell how much she cares about her tenants and I really love her enthusiasm. Talking to her I just felt like this was my new home! Unfortunately, I’m on the waitlist and I’m hoping something will come available in my time frame.

My dog and I have lived at lyman mills from the beginning it has been such an amazing experience. From day one, Wendy Barricelli helped with all my questions and would get back to them immediately. She truly makes this apartment building feel like home. I have met so many wonderful people here and even my dog made lots of friends at the dog park! For those dog owners, this building is the most dog friendly places ive ever lived in. Everyone knows all the dogs, they have an awesome dog park and dog washing room! The apartments are beautiful along with the amenities it offers (gym, rec room, community room, movie theatre etc.). Also, this is such a safe area and building. There are cameras everywhere and you need access for every entrance so for anyone who is moving by themselves its safe! Lastly, lyman mills is the best place ive lived because of the community. We have get togethers in the community room, we help each other with our pets and every one here is just kind to one another. So if youre looking for a place to live call and ask for wendy (she is the best) and she will help you! :)

Beautiful construction, everything is clean and well-maintained, great amenities, friendly leasing staff, awesome management, very attentitive maintenance staff. I have been here for a couple of months and every resident i’ve met is very friendly.I have toured almost every luxury building in the Greater Boston Area and Providence areas and for what you’re getting, this building is the best!

I been living in lyman lofts For almost a month now Wendi been helping me ever since I moved in everyone in the loft it’s pretty hopeful Great choice for me to move in this loft .

Horrible customer service, rude people and no diversity in the building. The staff is a bunch of crooks. Oh, and don’t expect any call backs if you need them. Just horrible!!!! Stay away from this place! There’s much better lofts with better prices!
