We are happy with the product, service and installation. Any issues we had after installation were promptly and satisfactorily taken care of. Everyone from the salesman to the installers to the owner were very helpful and professional.

I am an extreme perfectionist and because of this, it is very rare for me to hire someone to do work around our house. Since hurricane windows are so heavy I decided to do some research and see if I could find a company that could live up to my high expectations. We selected Home Install Services because of their excellent reviews and highly rated product. Tom Salamone Jr. was extremely knowledgeable and presented himself in a very professional manner. Because of the aforementioned we decided to hire them to replace our old inefficient jalousie windows and entry door. I warned Tom up front about my very high standards and he said that is good because they have very high standards as well. We found the installation crew to be clean cut and professional. It was rewarding to see that there are still people out there willing to work so hard especially considering the heat and humidity. We dont recall ever seeing them take a break. My wife came home one day, with a car load of groceries and they even volunteered to carry them in for her. They were also meticulous about keeping the worksite clean. They were great! The project was done on time and the fit and finish was perfect. I went around looking at each window, inside and out to see if I could find the slightest imperfection and I could not. My neighbor is a retired home builder and he also was very impressed along with the building inspector. I am not one who is easily impressed therefore I usually dont take the time to write a review, but because we found Home Install Services to be such a class act I couldnt help myself!

Tom Jr and Tom Sr are wonderful and very detail oriented. They have great employees and are at your service when needed. They installed two new exterior doors at my residence and were most friendly, professional, helpful and quick while being precise. They made sure I liked how everything was before they left! I was very pleased with they workmanship.After both installed doors were complete, I had an issue 2 weeks later with my door knobs and bolt locks that I purchased for them to install during the process. To NO fault of theirs; I contacted Tom Jr right away and told him my concern and within a couple days he was able to schedule a time good for both of us to come back out and replace all hardware with different locks and levers I purchased. When that was complete Tom told me No charge he wanted to make sure my home was safe and secure! That is customer service!! I cant thank them enough and everything looks great!

I have no idea how any of you enjoyed this company. Our HOA had our windows replaced through our HOA. I paid for this replacement. The guy came in, didnt look at my windows and just assumed they were good. Well the window latches were broken.I then contacted my HOA about getting them fixed. They told me to contact the company as they should be covered by the HOA.We are moving on May 15th. We initiated our first contact with this company Feb 14th. Calling every single day they were open, Tom Jr. was supposed to call us back NUMEROUS times. Finally we got 2 seperate visits to look at the windows. One of the technicians even told us it can be repaired....Nobody ever contacted us back. So we started all over again, calling everyday.Finally, on April 14th, they decided to finally give us an answer (after my wife called again) and said they can not fix the windows since they did not put them in. Well maybe you shouldve checked the windows before assuming they were good. You received a hefty amount of $$$ through our HOA and you left my particular unit high and dry.If you had simply stated from day 1, you wont touch them I wouldve hired someone else to get them fixed. Instead you wasted an immense amount of our time. Particularly Tom Jr. who they will always tell you will call back and never does.I unfortunately now have to file a BBB complaint based on the recommendation of my HOA who can not help. I had no problem paying out of pocket to fix the windows, but the lack of communication at this company is atrocious.Do not recommend.

Buyer beware. They installed sliders 12/14/2020. The screens were the wrong ones and it would be 2 weeks to replace. Then I noticed one door was cracked and all three were coming apart along the top side. They kept telling me they were waiting for the manufacturer for replacements. As of 3-7-2021 they no longer return my call.

I just had my windows replaced with this company. Tom Sr. & Jr. made us confident in our decision. Our 12 windows took about 6 weeks to receive and were installed in 2 days. Their installers were friendly, clean and professional. I highly recommend this family business.

One of the best family owned companies I have dealt with from start to finish. Tom is very professional and made the hole process of getting our windows installed easy. I also have to say that they the best installers Matt was awesome, great attention to detail and detail oriented. Very skilled and left the job site every night clean.

Everything went very well. Despite a half day weather related delivery delay, they installed 14 windows complete in two days. Matt, the crew chief, called my attention to one window he said had an e-glass failure and is ordering a new glass for it. I couldnt see it. He could have just ignored it. Hauled away the debris and cleaned up every thing each day. Even the county inspector remarked on the quality of the windows. Good work guys. Recommended

When they went to put the windows in, they knew we were having company and wanted them in as soon as possible. They came they helped finished cleaning things up. They brought in nice clean equipment. They worked and worked and worked right through lunch. There was a lot of stuff the job they did was so perfect, they cleaned up every chip, everything!. They washed everything down, cleaned the windows inside and out. I couldnt believe how (well) they treated me. People came and saw it and really loved it. Im a retired policeman and when you do something, I hold you to a higher level -- they went beyond my expectations. They were so professional, I couldnt get over it. (And believe me if I had something negative to say, I would say it.)

I couldnt be more pleased with my decision to not only go with Home Install Services, but, also the Wincore windows! The installer paid attention to every detail and did a very clean job. The quality of the widows are of the highest grade in this price range. Like most of us out here as home owners, we always worry about making a mistake when deciding to invest in a major home improvement, and at some point we have to take a leap of faith. I was impressed with Home Install Services from the start when Tom gave his presentation at my home. He was courteous, professional and respectful. He also made himself available whenever I had a question. The installers came when scheduled and were good workers who stopped to answer any questions. They reviewed the operation of the windows and checked all were in working order before they left the job. The windows are beautiful as well as functional.

This company is a family business and I like their work ethics. They rebuilt our lanai from bottom up on the outside wall. They replaced windows, door and walls with new ones. We are very, very pleased with its beauty. I highly recommend you to do business with them.

I had (2) separate projects done by them and they were outstanding...their products are top of the line, and their sales and installation people leave nothing undone. From the permitting stage to the final cleanup they take care of everything. Even the city inspector was very impressed.

Did a Wonderful job at almost 50% less than another large chain that installs windows. Was very prompt with a minor fix to one door. Cant say enough good things about them really glad we found them.

Asked for a proposal for window replacement, employee came out to look at the work. I received a quote later that week and gave them the ok to start the work. Never heard back after that. Followed up about a week later and was told that they quoted me the wrong price but would send another quote, again, never heard back. Called again to get the quote, never received another quote. We ended up having to go with another company who would actually follow up, respond to me and show up to do the work. I called to let the company know that we went with another company because of the lack of communication or follow up and just received a reply of Yes maam, I understand.. No apology for the inconvenience, nothing. They didnt seem to care at all. Would have loved to give a small, local company our business, but it would seem that they have no interest in having it.Edited to add my reply to the company about my review. When nobody showed to do the work or replied to my my e-mail approval for work, I called and was told we were misquoted for the vinyl windows and that they were actually store front. I was told by Tom that he would send me a new quote for the difference, that the cost was about the same, only slightly more. No mention was EVER made that storefront is something you arent able to do. I never received the second quote and made yet another call to check on the quote that again went unanswered. The only time I ever said I was going with another company was today, March 28, 2018, when I called to let you know that because of your lack of quotes, follow up and communication, I was going to have to go with another company. Please dont try to use the excuse of miscommunication, because there was NO communication on your end to me. Also, our company is Westcoast Electric Services, Inc., not sure what the company name has to do with anything, really, but please do at least get it right. I wonder if I was a potential residential customer who had an issue and left a negative review with my experience if you would also make it a point to give out my location, again, not good customer service.

The windows are more than I anticipated, I have not yet seen an electric bill but I know my A/C is running a lot less, and the interior is much more comfortable and a bit more private from the subtle tint, I also like the double slider for those nice open window nights.

Dont hate the place. Set up time and had my wife wait for them yesterday, as I was at work, to show up for an estimate... No show and no call to let us know otherwise. Dont know what the cause of the disconnect is.

I had trouble with a door & window company that were unreliable & incapable of honoring her contract. After several months of excuses and letting the permit expire, I managed to get in touch with the Wincore Window Companies Rep. Mike DeBacco, who happened to be in the area. After hearing my complaint, Mike, Tom Sr. & Tom Jr. from Home Install Services came out to my home. After seeing the mess I was left with, these two wonderful companies took over. The only thing I had to do wa s get a Home Owners Permit and they did the rest! They did a complete re-installation & corrected the damage that had been done. This included dealing with wrong measurements and improper installation of 5 impact windows, which could have resulted in water damage to my home and a cracked glass in the door insert.I will forever be grateful to Home Install Services and Wincore Window Mfg. Thank You Mike, Tom Sr. & Tom Jr.

Great people! Tom the son of the father son tandem came to my wife and Is home to give us an estimate to replace a large piece of glass from an exterior door in our FL room. Tom after looking it over gave me my options - gave me a fair price on what it would cost to replace glass or to buy a new door. He also gave me the option after he knew what size door I needed to come by his shop and he had a used door from a previous job that was going to either be thrown away or picked up by habitat for humanity He gave it to us no cost. (except to recommend them if anyone I knew ever needed windows or doors and to write a review on google- I also did on homeadvisor) I was ecstatic and super grateful as a blue collar dad having to spend what I thought would easily be 200 to 300 dollars because of an honest mistake with the weed eater kicking up a rock from a flower bed was a tough one to swallow. But Toms goodwill blessed us and we r very grateful. You just dont see this too often these days-- If you want a fair estimate and people who dont have profit at the forefront these are the folks u call for Windows and doors. thank you guys so much again!
