Very Efficient and explained everything to me. Linda really knew her work I definitely will go back next year and future. But what I liked the most was being able to talk to Linda my tax Preparer in person and ask questions. Linda was very Knowledgeable. Also I liked that I received a hard copy and I can also print a copy online.

I file with them on FEB 5,and I am still waiting for my refund. They are absolutely no help in resolving this problem,telling me I have to do all the work, after paying them.I would like to know what I paid for then.My partner used turbo tax for free and got her refund 2 weeks. I would not recommend anyone to use this service.

Im only putting a star because i have to but this place has a very rude manager and she acted like she did not want to help me do my taxes and talked on the phone when i was sitting in front of her! Very disappointed and i will never use Jackson hewitt to do my taxes
