My insurance company gave their number on Friday evening. I called & left a message as they werent open. Waited all day on Monday for a response. Nothing. I then went & sent them an email on Monday night. Hoping to get a response sometime Tuesday. Nothing. Nothing like trying to help & totally being ignored.

While I agree they arent great at answering the phone, once you get into an appointment Ive always left feeling excited and hopeful. Eduardo, my Psychiatrist is amazing, friendly and listens to my concerns.If a medication isnt working for me he doesnt hesitate to try something else.My insurance is no longer taken here but Im tempted to pay out of pocket, thats how much I love it here!

Im not getting the right medication ever since Dr. Hoffman left. Otherwise, Sheryl the therapist is great to work with and Debbie and Nicky the receptionists are super friendly. Had awful experience with a a case worker who should have been fired and a few of the staff can be improved. But if the new psychiatrist doesnt help me like Dr. H, then its useless going there.

I had court appointed therapy and Sheryl White was my therapist. I had 12 sessions. After the 1st one, I would look forward to meeting with Sheryl each week. It was good that someone would listen. I had some hardships with money and this company worked with me and made it affordable. If you have to go to court appointed therapy or just therapy in general I had a very good experience here. Give it a shot...

As the other reviews state, they are terrible about answering the phone, but they do call back within 48 hrs. Sheryl was my therapist and she is great with listening and does her job properly. Only issue I had is if you are more than 6 mins late for your appt you have to reschedule, unlike other Drs who give u 15 mins. Only other issue is, everyone is just doing their job, they dont actually care about the patients well being!

Lindsey is an excellent therapist and she is very easy to talk to, I felt I could trust her to make correct diagnoses & to help her patients most of all

Do yourself a favor and find an actual medical facility this place is for court cases and drug addicts. So unprofessional Ive never seen anything like this No one EVER answers the phone or they just wont call you back. Ive had appointments on multiple occasions that they forgot to schedule, no im not kidding (drove hrs missed work and school to tell me they dont see it). Ive also waited 2hrs in the waiting room past my appointment time. Since ive been going here for about 3yrs, Ive have to manually call in my prescription EVERYTIME. AVOID this place ! they do not hold themselves to the same standards other medical facilities do. Nothing ever goes smoothly here. This was the last straw.

Sucked. obnoxious staff. black on white power trips, clinicians who should be in therapy themselves...terrible and actually traumatizing as their resident psych doctor is a DSMV pill pusher. stay away. dont do this to a family member. its not help.

Horrible since Dr. Brasington quit. Dr. Brasington got my son on the right path. The nurse who took his place just parent blames and is obviously not qualified.
