This company is amazing, i was in a tight situation after hours and i contacted this company not expecting a response till the next morning and and was by a tech within 1hour or so. He was able to resolve my issue immediately remotely. I didnt really care what he was going to charge me because i was in a tight situation but his pricing was really reasonable. Will continue use this company for all my computer needs.

He was able to fix the impossible. My keyboard and mouse were not working when I plugged them in. I tried everything to fix it but all hope was lost. I found him on the internet due to good reviews. He was able to TOTALLY fix the computer and wipe the drive. I was very impressed and thankful. He was very responsive by giving me updates and him informing me when I asked. He was able to restore my laptop despite not having the original factory setting disks that came with it. He also added extra features to my laptop. One of the best service I have ever experienced, very highly recommended!I had a problem with my computer for some time and the problem was getting worse by the day.  However, most of the offer, just to diagnose the problem was way too expensive. When working with Sam Jerome, you are dealing directly with an experienced person who will fix your computer, not the salesperson at a big store. Sam made short work of the monitor/display problem I was having and charged a fair price for his services. I came to JEGS website after going to 2 different computer (geek squad & a local company) repair companies. They wanted $300 + to retrieve my data and reformat my laptop after a vicious virus infested it. At that point I thought it wasnt worth saving the laptop since it was 5 years old but wanted my data which included all of my sons pics since birth. I decided to go online and found JEGS. After speaking with Sam I dropped of my and my wifes laptop and got the data retrieved (including my sons pics), installed a new hard drive, reinstalled my Operating System (not reformatted) and my wifes Wi-Fi card repaired. I also got an additional upgrade by doubling my memory for just $220. I am glad that I was also able to save my laptop since it was my work horse. Sam advised me all along the way in regards to the hard drive and other components I needed. Working with Sam worked our very well and the service was awesome too. I hope not to need Sam again ; ) but if I do I know who to call. Thanks Sam!
