My sales person Christopher Skwiat did a great job. He let me test drive different cars and explained everything very clearly. He didn’t push me at all. After I purchased my Genesis GV70, he spent his time to show me all the features of the car. He even followed up to see if I have any questions. I had a great experience with Global Auto Mall in North Plainfield.
Got to agree with a few reviews below. I was looking for pricing and to purchase quickly but sales representatives or managers are not responsive at all even though you try to call them directly or email them. I understand it’s a sellers market but the customer service her is non-existent. The main number in take seem friendly but can never connect you to an actual person to get details. They love to send the automated emails and texts. This does not bode well for other parts of the dealership! I would think twice.
Although Genesis Of North Plainfield NJ is over one and a half hour(1-1/2hr) drive from where I live, they had exactly what I was looking for.My wife and I purchased our new 2022 Red Genesis GV-70 Prestige sport model at a really great price and took delivery all on the same day.We were very fortunate to have a super knowledgeable and friendly sales guy name Riley whom is also a handsome young man and knows his job very well, we highly recommend Genesis of North Plainfield if you are looking for a great hassle free deal on a new Genesis brand.Just ask for him by name Riley.
Hyper responsive, honest, and willing to work with me on price. Did not snub me despite limited auto ownership history. Worth driving in from PA to make the purchase!

As this was my third Genesis purchase, I expected an extremely high level of service from the staff, a welcoming experience at the dealership, to have my car ready on time, and to have someone well versed in this model Genesis to explain in detail the new features of the car. This dealership exceeded my expectations in every respect.
Very poor customer service purchased a GV80 last month had issues that needed to be addressed. I received no returned phone calls from salesperson and GM left several messages no reply. Clearly all about the sale and no follow up they just move on to the next customer. Buyer beware you are on your own once the sale is done!
Top Genesis Dealer, highly recommend. I worked with Derek Stahl on leasing a Genesis. Very happy with the vehicle, a ton of value for the quality that you receive. A former BMW enthusiast, I recommend Genesis. And although I havent owned this vehicle longer than 5 years, Im pretty sure I wont miss the ridiculous repair bills. I thought the staff at Genesis of North Plainfield was professional, and competitive with their pricing. I recommend Derek if you are in the market for a Genesis. He knows his stuff and provides excellent service. The Genesis vehicles are a joy to drive, you wont be disappointed. In the end I found that I got a lot value and appreciation of the Genesis after a month of owning.
Service advisor Sean Grundy is truly outstanding. Sean has been my service advisor since I began using Genesis of North Plainfield for service. The service experience is 180 degrees opposite of the poor service and sales experience I had with the Genesis dealer where leased the car.

Poor customer service. considered buying a gv80 from here but no more. They never returned calls even when they said they would. There are 3 other genesis dealerships in the area so def their loss for losing out on a sale

My 2015 Genesis is the best car Ive ever owned. I bring it in for dealer service on a regular schedule and believe this is one of the reasons a great car continues to remain that way. The service colleagues are all well trained, highly professional and help insure a full understanding of what needs to be done. The pricing is competitive but most importantly, the technicians are all highly skilled in keeping the car functioning well. Candidly, I wouldnt bring my car anywhere else.

Quick turn-around on oil change. I didnt had an appointment, but still took my chances and went in for the oil change for my Genesis car. Immediately, my needs were addressed and the adviser accommodated my car in his busy schedule (Saturday morning). I was provided an approx time by when it would be ready. I was pleasantly surprised that it was eventually ready 30 mins earlier. In total, I spent 1 hour+ only, which is very fast, that too without an appointment. I was also provided with a free car wash coupon, which I was able to utilize almost right next door (less than a mile away).Great job team. Keep it up...
Polite employees and fair service . Have been getting work done here for 7 years. The service department has definitely earned by trust.
They promptly took in my car, did what was needed, washed the car and called me on time to pick it up. Everything worked out fine and Angelica did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this dealership and especially their service department.
