I have received many procedures, everything from cleanings and crowns to whitening and cosmetic. Dr. Guerra genuinely takes his time and provides such gentle care. They are most professional. I had a gum infection that required removing an older crown to replace with dental implant. I was taken without delay at my appointment time. The surgery went very smoothly. I believe Dr. Guerra to be a competent dentist staying up to date on all the current procedures. He seems to be very caring and interested in the best for his patients. I would feel more comfortable hearing the process as he works and finishes-like I just removed the crown now I am going to clean the tooth and put in the replacement bone or whatever. The other thing that was different was requiring me to consent to a bone graft after the procedure had started and I was groggy with novacaine. Even if you dont know for sure you will need it, informed consent should be obtained before starting the procedure. The process is not done but so far, the result is very good.

Had the worst experience with this dentist and their office . I have a background in medical billing and coding . So I know insurance companies and how they operate, not to mention I know my insurance in and out. The prices were exceptionally high for their work especially with my dental coverage. I had to have a tooth removed, and the only thing they did was numb it. No laughing gas, no nothing. I can still remember all of the grinding and seeing all of the blood. It was very painful and not a good experience. When I asked questions, they did not like it. Eventually they asked me to no longer be a patient at their facility, with no reasoning . I am 33 years old and this has never happened to me before . All of my jobs have always been customer service based so maybe my expectations are too high, but there is nothing wrong with being honest, asking questions and thorough communication . That is the KEY to a healthy relationship (ANY relationship ). Maybe they will learn from my experience and see in what areas they need to grow. That is one essential of being a human being, let alone a business / business owner ....you should never stop growing .

Dr Guerra is truly amazing! I’ve always had a fear of doctors, hospitals etc but I never feel uneasy when I see him. Everyone is great! I’m currently almost at the end of my treatment plan and every step of the way has been seamless. He always asks if I feel any pain and explains what is going on. No star rating on here could truly state how I feel about Dr Guerra and his staff. Top to bottom, absolutely excellent.

I had used Dr. Krape for many years. On Friday May 28, 2013 I walked right out of his office and went straight to Dr. Guerra. He saved my right rear molar and thought outside the box to do so. He refused to lose my tooth by extracting it like every other dentist in Palm Beach that I spoke to. Dr. Guerra is an amazing dentist. His office is filled with all the latest instruments, and Dr. Guerra knows more than any other dentist I have been to in my 49 years. Excellent bedside manners, kind, caring, understanding and there are no dollar signs in his eyes. He knows his stuff and is not about the money, but about the best dental care you will ever receive. He is the only dentist I have ever met that truly cares about your teeth and will give you the best service ever.I highly recommend you go to him even if you have to drive 100 miles to get there!

Dr. Guerra literally works magic in your mouth! High praise I know, but I have been going to him 5 years and there have been things he has done like 1) save my life I had an abysses tooth that was creating horrible physical symptoms and at first glance he saw problem and relieved 7 mos of suffering. 2) Specialize in laughter in his office whether an implant, root canal, or cavity I can say that I am always laughing in his office. Nothing he ever does hurts me. And Im a baby about pain. His staff is so so syncd that he raises an eye they know what hes asking for and they are so professional. I would use no one else.

I had the best experience at Dr. Guerras office. Every single staff memeber was so outgoing and friendly. I felt very comfortable from the second I walked in the door. During my x-rays and cleaning everything was explained to me, which I loved. I really enjoyed the dental hygienist Katie. She was very personable and outgoing, as well as knowledgeable. She recommended a teeth whitening product durning my visit. I’ve been skeptical of those products, but Katie was on point with this one and i can see a difference after only 3 days!!!
