I called this company after another company didn’t follow through with contacting me. I chose this company because of the five star reviews. My experience with Mark was barely worthy of one star. I spoke to Mark and told him I had a mold report I could send him. He was very distracted while I was speaking to him. I didn’t feel I had his full attention. He told me he would text me his email address so I could send the mold report. Now a week later and still no text. How does this company deserve a five star rating?

This is the Second Time weve used Mark Lightman. The First was after Hurricane Wilma in 2005 whereby we had severe roof and structural damage. Consruction and home repair has become very complicated. I did not feel qualified to determine costs associated with making my home as it was prior the water damage. I also didn’t feel confident I could count on my insurance company to provide realistic numbers.
