Would leave ZERO stars if I could since they dont need/want new clients. Was recommended as we need an accountant/financial adviser. Called 3 times over the span of 5 weeks and was promised a call back when Mary Beth was available. Waited 2 weeks and at second call was told thank you for following up, we are busy but we will be in touch shortly waited another 2 weeks and no call. So I called for the THIRD time and was told that they are involved in some audits and that takes priority. couldnt be bothered to call over the month period and say that. Was also told to call someone else. Guess you dont need new clients....

My entire family goes to Mary Beth. I called to get a few questions answered. Just questions, that I would gladly pay for. The lady who answered the phone was SO rude. Ive only heard wonderful things about Mary Beth, but the front desk lady needs to learn how to talk to customers.

Dont come here unless you like to get insulted and treated like verbal or electronic punching bag. Customer service is worse than a McDonalds drive-thru. Yes they can do taxes, great, but so can every other H&R block in the country and they wont leave me cursing in my head. Enjoy!
