Everyone else told me that there was no leak in my tire but I was filling it up with air twice a day. This place helped me find the leak quickly and fixed it immediately. No more stops to the air pump at lunch. Thank you Goodyear!

I will never buy a full set of tires from these guys again. Went in yesterday as I noticed I had a mail in my tire. Also needed to get a rotation done. They were busy so the assistant service manager booked an appointment for me for the following day at noon. He told me that it would take about 40 min. So I adjusted my schedule for the next day and arrived at noon. When I got there and checked in I asked if it was still going to take about 40 min. He said no that he would check exactly how long. He went to the service area and checked on the status of the other vehicles. When he returned he said it was going to be at least 2 hours. I asked what the point of having an appointment was if I wasn’t going to have my vehicle worked on at the agreed time. I was told that that just gives you preference over walk ins. Apparently according to the other employee that was present this is normal practice and will likely take longer in a situation like this. I was not told that the day before when making my appointment. They tried to make me an appointment for the following morning and I declined. I have taken my business down the street and spent the $40 to have my tire repaired and rotation done. Tomas New and Used tires will get my business when I need a new set of tires soon.

Goodyear took great care of my Jeep Wrangler. They gave me an unbeatable deal on tires, installation and alignment. The team was able to get the tires in the same day and get them put on the Jeep that same day. They truly care and want the best for you. Came here to get Nail out my tire and waited almost 2 hours to tell me they couldnt do anything. Unprofessional and will never do business here

I will never bring my car here again. After many years of coming to this same location, I had taken my car for a routine oil change and it wasnt completed properly. Spent over $300 in repairs over a hack job oil change with another mechanic. Confirmed by twodifferent pro mechanics that whoever changed my oil last messed up. This was the only place I ever took my car. That issue caused a chain of other issues.Same week as that last oil change, I took my new car for oil change and they did a tire rotation. My new car was all messed up after. The car felt lopsided and started making funny noises. Should have just taken it to the dealer. I called to complain to manager, he offered to take a look at the cars. How about reimburse me the money spent to fix the damage caused by your employees?When I spoke to a few of my friends about this location, a few of them told me similar stories about this exact location.Im out of a lot of money on repairs to fix issues caused by whoever worked on my cars. For years I had great service here and now its trash. I was a long time customer. Ill never go back.Do better. Avoid hiring hacks. Youre ruining peoples vehicles.

I have been to Goodyear several times and will continue. These guys take great care of my car whether its tires, brakes, or anything else. My car is a BMW and Goodyear is about half the price of the dealer. Aside from cost, the staff is super friendly and helpful. 10 Stars from me.

Awesome service and great prices. Very personable. I would recommend to anyone. Its super convent to have them come to where you are, and not have to go out of your way to get your vehicle worked on.

I initially stopped in on Christmas Eve morning, although the shop was busy I made an appointment on the 26th to have a slow leak and tires rotated. When I arrived on the 26th for my appointment, none had been created and I rescheduled for later that afternoon. When my tires were inspected I was told the nail could not be repaired and a new tire would be necessary. (The store cleark also told me the front tires were about 40% tread remaining. I found that hard to belive since they were replaced approximately six months prior, and I have two cars.) Unfortunately a matching tire would have to be ordered.I then took my car to Costco down the street - even though it was not the Costco location where I purchaed the tires. I was put into the service bay right away and the outcome was that tire was able to be repaired!! And there was nothing worn out on the front tires.Just as a side note, Costcos tire purchase program comes with road hazard protection -- they repaired the tire at no charge, sent me on my was with in the hour ---- no appointment, apparently they value their customers.I just find this retailer to be an unethical South Florida Retailer. A lot of lip service when it comes to appointments and a dishonest repair and upseller to what appeared to be an uneducated customer. Not at all representative of the 4+ google online rating.

Excellent service I called and went in with my parts for a tire valve replacement. The gentleman working there said it was fine and such a small part, told me to keep my part and did it for free. Such down to earth people we had a great chat whilst waiting for the repair! Will make it my home shop

They are very, very good and I would recommend to anyone looking for professional mechanics. They have never been late in my experience. Kudos!

Took my car here for an oil change and a week later my oil light was flicking on and off. Turns out the mechanic never put my oil cap back on and I had oil all over my engine and no oil in the car. They were very apologetic, and took me in right away, but I dont think Ill trust them in the future to take care of my car.

I purchased a front tire and had the two front wheels balanced here. After a week or so I noticed that they did not replace the two chrome wheel covers on the front wheels. I went back to get them and, of course, they did not know anything about them. The replacements cost me another $100. And no, both the two front wheel covers did not symiltaniously fall off. Also the magnetic weights they used on the wheels fell off in my driveway. They replaced them and they fell off again. Save yourself some time, money, and frustration and find another tire dealer.

The Manager fixed my tire, took out the nail, at 6:30 pm. I was not charged anything. Wonderful Customer Service. I use Goodyear often, as a single woman, they take good care of my car and tire needs.

I had a one o’clock appointment to check leaking tire. I got there and they said it would be at least two hour wait. I asked why I had an appointment, they said people sign up on line and sorry. By the way employee at counter had no mask and people waiting didn’t either. Very poorly run I’ll never go back. Shame on them.

Fabian and Rodney are the best service managers in the area. Whether its tires or general auto repair, theyll treat you right. I manage condos and always feel comfortable recommending them to seniors and snowbirds knowing they will give first class treatment.

Brought my Truck here to get my brakes fixed. Dropped it off, told me it shouldn’t take too long.Received a call to pick it up.They didn’t charge me anything! I was surprised!Got in my truck and they didn’t replace my brakes. It’s still making that same sound.Just a waste of time!

These guys are on their game. Definitely will be taking my business to them again. Great price and did the work in a reasonable time. Checked out Firestone across the street first for what I needed and Goodyear did it for almost half. Great job!

A good customer experience is the norm for me at Goodyear Auto Service.

Had our van break down on our way back home from vacation, and they checked it over. When they figured out it was a computer and electrical issue, they offered to call the agency down the street to tow it and fix it. When the agency couldnt take it, they were very courteous and allowed us to leave it here, free of charge until we could get the van shipped home. Nicest people weve met, and excellent service.

I cant say anything but good things about the staff and the service. As a woman, they treated me very well, which is saying a lot considering how most auto centers have a rotten reputation for not treating women very kind. Their tires are the best, and their prices are fair. Also...kudos to Ken, one of the service reps at the desk. I came in distraught and unexpectedly and needed a repair done. He was patient and understanding the entire time and gave the best service ever. Could not have asked for a more helpful, patient, and knowledgeable person.

Went to have one of my tires checked out. The tire in question was fairly new, but it developed a slow leak. They told me I needed a brand new tire as it couldnt be repaired. It had a slow leak, so I just wanted to have it tested. Anyway, they offered some ridiculous price for one tire. I decided to go to the Honda dealership (something I never do) to see what they would say. Guess what?? I had my tire repaired for $10. What a joke. I almost got taken by these guys. Just beware as it seems honesty is not the policy here.

When you need tires this is the best place to go. Suggest you give them a try.

Very kind, honest, efficient, and thorough. They seem to get most of their vehicles done within an hour and will call you to let you know if something else is wrong before fixing or ignoring it. I cant say that for every mechanic Ive used.

I went to get my brakes checked out. The employee just walked around my car and gave me an estimate of $400 to get 2 rotors and all of the brake pads changed and said they were all done for. Took it to a private certified mechanic, told me only 1 brake rotor needed to be changed, and the rest was fine. The job turned out to be only $90. Goodyear just tries to upsale everything and take your money

Horrible.....I took my SUV in for an oil change, a month later I returned another oil change because my Truck was leaking oil. I expressed my disappointment with the assistant manager and Manger. I was informed by the Manager it will be look at thoroughly. I returned to p/u my car was told by the assistance Manager that there was too much oil to determine where the oil was coming out. I asked to have lift the car and notice fresh running oil. I told him its leaking now, you didnt even wipe the oil down to try and determine where the oil. I explained if the oil was leaking now it was leaking before. I asked if you did service last month you would have notice the leak.. LONG STORY SHORT DONT GO THERE! CORPORATE WILL BE NOTIFIED.

Recommended, went here to fix one of the tires that was leaking air.They fixed quickly and for Free.Manager is a great guy.I usually go to their competitors, but never again.

Took my Jeep in for a check engine light and the Manager ran the code and found a loose gas cap. He didnt charge me for the code check, building trust in the customer.

Brought my car in for a flat repair, the guy told me i need a new tire because it wasnt fixable. Gave me prices for a new tire, told him Id think it over and come back. My husband brought my car to Carolina Tire and they said it just needed a patch, didnt need a new tire at all. Will NEVER go to Goodyear again for anything.
