I made A last minute appointment with Dianne and it was my first time going to this location. She was so great and paid special attention the the spots i was In pain in with my back. After days of pain she was able to fix everything with just one session and was finally able to get a good nights rest.

Melissa is compassionate and understands Fibromyalgia pain and is great at providing me with relief from the pain. She is able to work on the areas I need most (spasm or cramping) without “beating me up” and causing muscle pain for a few days after. I am starting to see her regularly and have gotten a lot of relief.

She’s extremely knowledgeable about different techniques (I prefer deep tissue) - but there are a lot of good therapists at this location. And the front desk crew are always helpful before and after each session. Strong recommend.

I just had an extremely upsetting experience at this location. So I have been going to massage envy for about 2 years. I gifted my fiancé a massage (we have both been essential workers during this whole pandemic) about 3 months ago. He absolutely loved It so this week I called massage envy to book him and I a massage as a surprise. I called and booked and I told them I wanted to make it a surprise and use my hours (I have 13 saved up). They asked for our names and booked the appointment. Today we went in for our appointment and the lady (manager) went to check us in and she started telling us that you can only gift an hour every 6 months. I appologized and told her that Im sorry and I didnt know that. She started telling me about their promotions and how he should sign up and come in every month. I said we didnt want to do that quite yet because we dont have the extra money for it during this time. Then she tells me hes not getting a service without the $115 and I explained to her that no one told me over the phone when they booked my appointment that he couldnt be gifted an hour again and that he was going to have to pay $115 up front. Then she says well if youve been a customer for so long you should have known the rules. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN? THE CUSTOMER? REALLY? She was extremely rude and argued with me in front of a bunch of other clients and told me that theyre charging my card the $115 and an hour regardless? I am SO upset that people can be this rude and mean during the time of a pandemic. I never would like to be treated like this as a customer again and hopefully they can re train their staff to inform their clients if a customer can not use one of their 13 hours as a gift or else the gift will end up being a charge.

Im not sure what some of these other reviews are talking about because the front desk people are very kind, sweet, and funny. I booked a last minute massage, the technology didnt want to cooperate and they handled it professionally and even humorously. As for the massage, legit one of the best Ive ever had. The stress in my neck and shoulders was ridiculous but I walked out of there free of it!

I typically go to the massage envy at US1 and PGA... never had any issues there. Today I booked a massage and a facial there. My massage was ok as well as the facial itself. Nevertheless, during the facial, as the steamer started it leaked boiling water on my arm. I disregarded it for the moment thinking it was just my impression, but by the end I had a big blister/welt on my forearm. I told the lady at the front desk and all they offered to me was a wet paper towel to hold on to the burn until I got to my car. I don’t think I’ll be going to that location again.

According to a letter I received dated September 24, 2019, my account was closed on October 4, 2019. Why 25 days later did, I received 2 unauthorized charges on my credit card? I believe Massage Envy charged my account without authorization just to help meet their month end budget. This is not okay! Do not trust them!

Update: This clinic is super unorganized. I called to book an appointment and was placed on a lengthy hold without notice by Ericka. She returned several minutes later and stated she could not find my name in the system after repeating & spelling it for her 2 times. Then KEVIN got on the phone and after explaining that I was only trying to book my therapist from my last session and expressed my frustration. I asked about cancelling my membership. I was then told by Kevin that I could cancel based on what he saw on the system. He said he would leave a message for Lynette to call me but she didnt. I followed up again two weeks later on 11/1 to cancel and was told that I would be emailed a cancellation form and left another message for Lynette but never got an email. Lynette called me on 11/3 and in a very rude and condescending tone told me that I could not cancel and that KEVIN was new and didnt know any better. The staff that was there when I initially joined must be gone because these people are incompetent, rude, unorganized and disappointing. I dont want to be in an intimate setting with this type of energy. Dont join here!!!!

Hands down the worst massage envy I have been to. The manager is rude and not helpful, and the establishment is poorly managed. The massage therapists don’t last long there, so don’t get attached to one. Never returning

Massage envy pga has some of the best therapist but the worst management and front desk! The turn over at there front desk is completely redicilious the only 2 girls that knew what they were doing were Ashley & Stephanie. Any time I would have a issue with my account or billing these 2 would get back to meRight away!! Theyve had 2 mangers by the name of lynette the 1st one was ok and the 2nd one who I believe is still there now knows nothing! Shes so unorganized rude and not welcoming what so ever. It takes her probably a week to even get back to someone. The owners are never around they run from there problems you can totally tell by the way the never have the same people working at the front desk. I used to look forward to calling and Ashley anwser the phone. Shes quick and knew how to actually book a apt correctlyHelp out with a issue return a phone call when needed. I knew my visit or phone call would go smooth and easy when speaking with her. Since Ashley & stephanie have been gone thisClinic has just turned into a diaster. Thank god for Therapist Whitney, Ernest, Robert, Rebecca, & Ken. And esthetics Renee gives great facials as well as Diana. If it went for these people runing services no one would visit this place due to poor management and front desk turn over. They need to get it together.

This is a horrible place! They overbooked my wife and I for our couples massage and then tried to charge us a cancelation fee of 50 % for their error!!!!! I am never coming back here or recommending it to anyone.

Horrible they charged me $100 when I had an emergency and couldn’t come because my grandmother died. Never do business here. Horrible experience will never book a massage at this location ever again.
