The staff is amazing!! The prices are great! You get exactly what you want and need. They are so kind to you and funny. They making going to the dentist comfortable! Im not a huge fan of going to the dentist, but I absolutely love coming here! Thanks Half Dental for being so great!!!!!

I love this place! The people are so nice and friendly. They answer all your questions and don’t make you feel rushed. I love that the dentist will tell you his honest opinion whether or not it makes money for the office. Honesty is big in my book.

The hygienist was very nice and thorough. I felt comfortable talking with her! Dr. Clarke was very nice as well and seemed like he knew what he was doing. My extraction didnt hurt a bit! He gave good needles too!

I had a cleaning today. The hygenist was wonderful. She was sweet and thoughtful. She was thorough and made sure my concerns were addressed. She made the whole experience a relaxing and almost enjoyable one. The dentist was great as well. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them!

I underwent a complicated implant process over a year. The work was excellent! Dr. Clark was extremely careful to assure that everything went perfectly, including waiting long periods between procedures to assure everything healed properly. My new teeth look and feel great. They even nearly matched the estimate for the work I got in Mexico! I cant recommend them more highly.

This Dentist is the best Ive ever had and Im not even exaggerating! They take care of you like you are family. I had my extractions done and complete dentures done here. They know what they are doing and you will be wise to pick this Dentist for your care. THE BEST! Caring, clean, cautious, gentle, kind and very informative. I had implants done a couple weeks ago and they answered every question I needed and showed great care before and afterwards. Everyone of the employees Ive had a pleasure to meet has been great and very pleasant.

Dirty, dark and I felt like I was at a used car dealership. They tried to sell me on every dental procedure under the sun for my daughter who just went in for a cleaning. All of a sudden, they were giving me estimates for Invisalign, wisdom teeth extraction and whitening. Unprofessional and the dentist treated me like I was an idiot. Decided on Ben Lomond Dental instead. You won’t need a tetanus shot there. You get what you pay for, I guess. I will choose quality in this instance.

I have been a lifelong resident of North Ogden and have had services from 3 other dental offices in town. Two of the other local offices were good to mediocre, and I had overall pleasant experiences considering they were experiences at dental offices. One was an absolute nightmare with a crown falling off within two weeks blamed on new brand of adhesive, an in house insurance billing specialists mistake that cost me 600$ in optional work I would have not had done if the billing lady would have correctly confirmed my coverage time frame had been met, and first time in my life I got sick from nitris due to them giving me more than necessary.... When I made the move to Half Dental I have been astounded at the level of professionalism, quality of work, friendliness of staff, and yes the price of services they provide. I have been to Half Dental four times now and recommend any friends and family I can to make the switch and try Half Dental. Thank you Half Dental !

THIEVES! Do NOT go here! They will do half the job and leave you in a horrible situation and still charge you for everything! I have tried to work this issue out with them personally and they would not do ANYTHING to make it right! They are now garnishing my ex wifes paychecks for a set of dentures they never gave me! And I went over a year with no teeth because of them! How is this OK, acceptable or even LEGAL??!! DO NOT RISK GOING TO THIS PLACE....EVER!!!

Great Dentists, my new teeth are amazing! Very good at working with payments. For a complete top and bottom denture Half Dental was $5000.00 cheaper than competitors!

Fantastic customer service. The young ladys at the front desk was super sweet and very polite. The wait time was very minimal and the work was Grade A!! Half Dental is legit.

I went to this provider for major services that they promised they could handle. They had hired a new dentist and he was moving his practice here. They assured me they would be able to do the services and treatment plan we came up with that would take at least a year. I paid up front and started my treatment only to find out about a week into it that something went wrong, and the dentist is no longer there They would have a Temporary dentist until they could find a replacement. Needless to say I wasted my money because I have had to complete my treatment elsewhere because they do not have a dentist on staff and are no longer open, yet they still advertising for new clients???? Absolutely disgusted with this provider and will never, ever give them or the company my business again.

Excellent customer service. I got my wisdom teeth out almost a week ago and panicked when one of my blood clots fell out. I showed up the next morning with no appt and the dentist agreed to see me, assured me everything was okay, and calmed my nerves. The staff were kind and friendly even when I was being unreasonably worried. Would recommend to people looking for dental services.

This was definitely the best dental experience Ive ever had. Super friendly, professional, and experienced.

First time experience was horrible. I just moved here from Denver, and Clerical errors all around the board. Made me waste my gas, time, and time off of work. It all started a couple days ago when I had a really bad tooth ache, so I called Half dental on a Friday and they said We have an appointment on Monday at 10 am if that works for you? I said yes it does. Will Delta dental insurance provider cover this? she said sure does, and she continued to ask me more questions about my insurance. Well aware at this point of what insurance company I was using.Skip a couple days ahead to the appointment I get there on time, and the lady at the front desk asks me to fill out these 4 pages for a new patient.( I had no problem with that seems like protocol for first time customers.) 15-20 min. later I turned the forms back in and I said do you need a copy of my insurance card? she said No, but you have Delta, Im sorry the dentist that does Delta insurance doesnt work Mondays and Thursdays? I was like what the hell I just drove all the way down here took time off of work, and you cant even see me today? she said sorry we can reschedule you I was fine with that, but still frustrated. She said the next appointment available is April 11th? which is over 2 weeks away. I was pissed at this point. I have a tooth ache, and you dont seem to care if I get in at all. so I said ok, but I will probably just cancel, and find another dentist.I walk out to my car call another dentist in town they said we have an appointment open tomorrow if that works for you? I said sure does as long as you know I have Delta she said no problem.Then to throw salt in the wounds Half dental calls me back, and said sorry I thought it was Tuesday we can still see you today sometime if you wanna come back. I said hell no.They are super disorganized. There was 3 ladies at the counter, and no other customers so no one could of corrected the front desk lady, and tell her its MONDAY! I think maybe the laughing gas has leaked into the office, and made everybody numb of their surroundings. Be aware of this place its the urgent care of Dentists.

I needed a tooth to extracted due to abcess tooth and they got me the day i called and I walked out a happy camper. There was great communication with the assistants and also the dentist was great.

Dr Bullen was great. The office needs to be restaffed. They are hard to get a hold of. After walking into the office and being told my UHC plan doesnt cover me on dental, I call my husband at work and get the information. This is at an exam to define all that needs to be done. I am told they will be checking into all this as the dentist is going on a honeymoon. I say go ahead and schedule the appointment for work, if there are any issues call me. Weeks later I return to have what had been discussed, as soon as I sit in the chair I ask if everything checked out. They do the work, demand payment of $172 before I leave, while Im in agony. A month later I get a bill in the mail of $631! Come to find out, she didnt even write down who I was covered under, let alone look into it before I came in again! I tried to call, got put on hold forever. I have no idea why I should be doing their job for them. But Im the one who will get stuck with the bill otherwise. On a side note, the Britney Bertola that wrote a review works there. She is also the one who didnt do her job with my insurance. She should honestly be fired.
