I have the ultimate monthly pass and I use it quite often for my car. I think the wash is fantastic, my tires always look brand new and black as well. I like the choice of air freshener and the damp clean towel to use on the interior or to wipe any remaining water after the wash. The vacuums are very powerful and the staff are welcoming and professional. I even got a discount today on my truck, which is not on the unlimited plan.

Mr. John helped me remove my car’s antenna! I didn’t even know that was possible. A revelation! The car wash was the best of its kind.

The above items really dont apply to a touchless car wash. However, I do love this place! I buy the monthly unlimited pass and having that keeps my car looking great! The value for the monthly fee is awesome. The vacuums offered and included at the end of the wash and dry only add to the value of this service-minded business. I dont go anywhere else to clean it. This business is located less than half a mile from my home in North Ogden so there are times when the convenience of this high quality wash is on my way to where Im going and I arrive in a clean car every time. If you havent tried Ultimate Car Wash youre missing out on the best service of an automatic wash. Theres never a fragment of a bug left on my windshield. I do like that they protect the rear window wiper blade with a plastic bag cover before each wash. Many times Ive driven a few days before remembering to remove it. It looks silly but reminds me of the many ways the staff help take care of my red Ford Edge.

I had been meaning to vacuum and clean my car for a few days but just hadnt had the time. So when I was driving by the Ultimate Express car wash and had a few minutes before I needed to be somewhere I decided to try it out. I was pleasantly surprised. The employees were friendly and helpful and within minutes I was driving away with a clean car inside and out. The vacuum was easy to use and had great suction. It was a much quicker and easier experience than doing it at home and for a decent price.

I love this place, the customer service is awesome. I love that they have vacuums on both sides of the car and that they have a round head and a skinny head to get in all of the nooks and crannies. I also love love the forced air that you can use to reach tiny spaces!

Super friendly and helpful. Had a little gravel left in the corner of my bed, didnt think it would be a big deal. The gal jumped in and cleaned it out, I apologized for it being there, she was super cool said no big deal. Totally realize I was in the wrong, but appreciate their kind service. They always wash our mats manually because they wont fit in the machine. They give you a towel and air freshener if you get the ultimate wash. The staff is awesome they even offered to spray dry my mats for me after they washed them. The washes work great. Vacuums and sprayers always work great too.

I have used this wash for some time now and loved it. That was up until Friday 4/16/21, me my wife and kids went through the wash as usual and everything was fine until out vehicle got to the dryers. My steering wheel went about 1/4 turn to the left then 3/4 turn back the other direction ON ITS OWN. Which caused my rims to get scuffed on the guide. I was told since my car has aftermarket wheels (regardless of them being the same size as stock) that they can not do anything to repair the damages done to my new wheel. I am absolutely baffled by the fact that they would not own up to any part of this and basically just made it out as their wash had nothing to do with this and the car was damaged before I entered.

Went through and not everything was cleaned off my car (had a few bits that had been baked on) they gave me an upgraded go again free of charge to make sure it all came off! Excellent customer service and I was totally satisfied! Ill be back to get a monthly membership because I was so impressed! Thank you guys!

I have been going to this wash since it opened, with the top tier package, and havent had a problem until this last month. I dont know if they arent washing their brushes in the car wash or what is going on but I have gotten two new chips in my paint down to the metal that werent there before I went through (One chip is on the windshield border and the other is on the back of my hatch). Seriously disappointed because this was so convenient to just stop in and get my car washed once a week but its not worth the expense of now having to get my paint repaired. If you value your car I would not recommend this car wash.

I went through here on the 11th. A gentleman recommended I remove my antenna. Ive been through a lot of car washes and never had a problem, I told him as much. He was a little insistent and I believe the intent was genuine to provide good service. However, he unintentionally broke off my antenna. And to be fair, it could have been rusted in. They offered an antenna replacement (a short mast Metra, about 15.00 online) and a refund for the car wash (20.00 for the complete one). I appreciated the offer to rectify the situation. I have ordered a new antenna cable so cost wise a wash. Many businesses wouldnt even bother.I updated the review to a five. New antenna and cable installed, acutually looks better in my opinion. I went down and Josh got the credit taken care of. He was very professional and polite. The incident was an anomaly on what was not the best day for me. It is a nice facility and the folks there seem friendly. They provide a small air freshener and wipe down towel which is nice. Sometimes stuff just happens. Their customer service is superior to other car washes in the area. I even found out that Express has a car mat washer, which does a pretty decent job. The automatic car wash does a really good job cleaning your vehicle. There arent all the missed spots I have seen at other washes. I like the Ultimate for cleaning the undercarriage.

I used the car wash today and once before. they use plenty of soap and it cleans the car well. I wish they had done a better pre-soap on the front of my car where bugs and dirt collect, as well as the passenger side, but other than that they do a great job. I will use them again. I like that they stay open a little longer in the evenings. And the towels and air freshener are really nice too...in case you want to wipe down your windows, chrome, or dashboard.

My car has never looked so good, it looks amazing both inside and out (thanks to the free vacuums). I love the mat washers and the air fresheners keep my car smelling like a dream 24/7. I had previously posted a negative review for this business. I had an issue canceling a monthly subscription, which I had attempted as I was going to move away at one point. Things change. Turned out to be a simple matter of misunderstanding on my part.Anyway, this is a great carwash. I have returned as a monthly subscriber and have been using the carwash regularly for the last few weeks. The one thing that I really love is that their equipment always works and usually works well.I did notice yesterday that some of their vacuum parts need to be replaced (worn out attachments). I mentioned what I saw to the attendant.The only thing that will stop my subscription, at this point, is if the high standards they have set fall off. I will be watching. 😉

It is tough to find an automatic car wash that will fit my big van. It came out sparkling clean top and bottom. I love the unlimited vacuum time and the air fresheners smell great but are not overpowering. The staff were helpful and friendly.

I usually went to mister carwash because it was closer to where I was living at the time, but now Im in north ogden. This place is great! I accidentally lost a car magnet and they found it and kept it up front for me, so I was able to pick it up in the morning. Everyone here is always so friendly. Will definitely try to go back more in the future

So funny how much I loved this car wash. It was my first time through and let me tell you! The attendants were happy and helpful. They were wiping down vacuums after guests use them and explained options of the different washes. Their deluxe wash (40.00 a month unlimited) they give you a damp towel with cleaner to wipe down the inside while you go through the wash also an air freshener!! My car smells SO GOOD! The vacuume is so strong (included with wash) My car inside and out is SO much cleaner because I decided to try a new wash today rather than my regular Friday wash! Try them out, youll be happy you did!

Decided to tryout Ultimate Express and to say I was impressed would be an understatement. Their customer service was spot on. The tunnel was amazing. My cars exterior was so clean and shining! The vacuums were so powerful. They also have an option to bring you mats inside to be cleaned for free. Did I mention they also give you a steamed towel and an air freshener before you go through the tunnel? You definitely have to check this place out for yourself!!!!

Drove our dirty car in one end and after a highly entertaining water and light show we drove a super clean car out the other end. My kids loved the show and I loved not having to do any work to get the family wagon looking good.

However our recent visit and how manager handled the situation has made cancel our membership. My husband and I went to the car wash with a new set of rims and tires that were just recently purchased. As we enter and get lead onto the tracks by a blonde teenage girl, half way through the car wash my husband notices a shift while on the track. Once we get out to dry the car off, we noticed a scratch on our rims and reported it to the front office immediately.We just received word from management 2 days later that its not their fault & theyre not going to take any action or responsibility for this damage. WHEN THE EMPLOYEES THERE SAID THIS HAS ALREADY HAPPENED MORE THAN ONCE.The manager said he watched the footage and everything looked normal, we told him about the shift on the track that was the cause of the scratch only to be told ITS NORMAL. He then proceeded to nit pick and say we have after market tires and that it was sticking out of the fender more than stock tires, when this was not the case and our tires do not stick out more than the fender by any means.Irresponsible.

We went through this car wash weeks ago and noticed right afterwards that the car wash damaged our back windshield wipper. Broke it and it was hanging off. We went back and asked to speak to a manager and they said he would return in an hour so I left my name and number along with a message about the issue. I didnt hear back so I returned back and again was told he was not around and I would get a phone call. I never heard back from this company. The least they could do is offer to fix it or at least pay half the cost. I will end up paying over 100 bucks for this car wash, so not worth it. I understand stuff happens but to completely ignore your customers is unprofessional. If your equipment broke part of my property its only right to offer to fix it. Ill be sure to tell everyone I know in Ogden to stick to quick quack and avoid this car wash, the least I can do is warn others.

The wash was rough I thought it will come out sparkling clean but no! It was all duty from the back!!!! The vacuums are so good but it took a cover from my car door!😟 Defenately not comming back now I have to go somewhere else to get it wash after I payed $15 yesterday Ill have to pay again today

Very good car wash overall, though it isnt perfect.

They offer single or monthly car wash pricing. Free vacuums. If you get the highest priced wash they give you an air freshener and towel for drying your vehicle. All in all havent had any issues with getting my vehicle shiny. Only issue is that theyre not opened, Sundays.

While it can be pretty expensive for the top washes, I needed something that would clean the under carriage of my van since wed driven through lots of mud recently. The wash was quick and almost as good as if Id done it myself (it was WAY quicker, so you definitely pay for the convenience). I love that you can use the vacuums for as long as you need. My van was full of dirt and sand from camping in the Idaho mountains and playing at the beach at Pineview Reservoir, so it was nice to have all the time I needed to use their strong vacuums and not have to worry about extension cords or emptying my own vacuum. I will definitely use their services again when Im visiting Utah and my van is a messy disaster.

Best Car Wash Ever! Great service you get an infused towel and and inside air fresh.. Even if its busy you get right in and the employees were very friendly. The outside bays are fabulous to clean out the inside, the greatest is the air hose to blow out under the seats and between the front seats. Signed up for monthly pass, definitely going to be worth it. Great hours also because they stay open until 7:00 pm.

Good car wash but infested with mosquitoes. I got bit about 5 times while trying to vacuum out my vehicle. It turned into me trying to suck up the mosquitoes with the vacuum.Not that there is much they can do about that but I did get an antenna broken off and a sideview mirror broken off and when I brought it up they told me where to buy new ones. I thought maybe theyre at least say sorry or something.Other than that the staff is awesome. They helped clean out the bed of my truck before going through the wash and were super friendly.

The Ultimate ($18) car wash was the best car wash Ive ever used. That level includes a microfiber towel to be used (and returned before leaving) to wipe all window glass and whatever (very little) water remains after pulling out.

I love taking all my cars here. If you want a good car wash take it here to ultimate express car wash. They are also very friendly and treat you with respect unlike other car washes located here in Ogden. This is by far the best car wash hands down. Totally give it a 5 stars.
