Love this place ❤️ I came with my mom and mother in-law we walked in without appointment so we were asked to come back and when we did technician where ready for us, took us right in. All the girls are very friendly and did an excellent job. I got gel manicure and pedicure and mom’s got regular mani pedi we all loved it. Owner did my nails I couldn’t stop staring at it. I took so many pictures of my nails and the one I posted here is a week old picture and it still looks fresh… best thing they are open 7 day.. found my Nails place, coming back for sure. I would highly recommend.

The woman (Joanne) who did my acrylic nails did not know how to do acrylics at all. When she started, it looked as those she did not know how to use the brush, hold it or apply the acrylic to the nail. The acrylic was falling off the brush and the application just did not go as she intended. At one point it felt like she was trying to be stingy with how much powder she put on my nails. Those of us who get acrylic with tips know how hard the nail should feel when the acrylic is solidified. Has your nail ever felt bendy? No. Because it shouldn’t. On top of that I could see parts of my real nail not covered in powder. I corrected her multiple times, but it still didn’t feel like she did it right. Toward the end, I felt as though she was rushing to get the job done so she can leave because the store was coming to a closing. Some finger nails are bulkier than others, the way it was filed the acrylic (with a hand file not electric) was uneven, and the polish was not correctly applied. Overall my experience with this one person was so terrible that I feel as though the whole place just turned me off, I will not be returning. I felt as those it was a waste of money and time. If you didn’t want to do my nails that would’ve been better than doing a rush job (Acrylic with tips is $55). I was trying to do something different and find a new nail salon. I should have just stuck with my original location. That was my own fault. This was a disappointing experience for sure.

Nail sense has many different choices of colors & stones !! It’s definitely my go to nail salon (one of my favorite!!!) Employees are very kind and professional! Very clean and also it is a best place to relax. I also got my lips & eyebrows done today and i love it. !

This place is amazing, very professional and clean. I love getting my nails done from here specially from Joanne. She does an amazing job and she takes her time and doesnt rush. My nails lasts me for more than 2 weeks which is amazingHighly recommend this place.

She is warm, friendly, accommodating and does excellent work! whether its my nails, toes, waxing I always feel beautiful and happy when l leave Joanne. The salon is clean and bright! This is the best nail salon ever. The staff are so friendly but also they do quality work always! I recently went in for acrylic and was nervous about doing it, but I was helped and made sure we chose the right option for my nail type. Love love love! Never going anywhere else!

This place is overpriced. I will never ever go back. The owner gives u a reciept that only shows the total amount and doesnt even show how much he is charging for tax. I think he is keeping some extra money for himself. God help him if he is. He is just overcharging to get back the money lost during COVID-19 which is not the clients fault. What a rip off this place is. If I could give them no stars I would. This place is a mess and you get like 2-3 people finishing up the work for you with appt or no appt. Complete disaster!!! SMH

I went here for gel manicure and pedicure, my daughter took me here and they performed a really good service. Would definitely recommend going here !! 💕 love it

I’ve been coming here for years, and they never disappoint. Clean and safe; they take your temperature at the door and you must wash your hands before your appointment. Mask required, of course. There are also plexiglass dividers everywhere and they keep everything sanitized. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The owner and her family are super sweet and always make us feel comfortable. They use disposable files and buffers, and what they can’t dispose of (nail clippers, cuticle removers etc) they thoroughly sanitize. All the technicians are professional and do a great job, which is rare in nail salons these days. Highly recommended!!

If you are looking for a place where pleasing customers is a priority, then look no more. I am amazed by how caring they are to EVERY single person who walks through their door. If youre not satisfied, they will do whatever it takes to make sure they get it right!I am blown away by that level of customer service.My nails look great!

They were great and super nice. I think they’re better at gel nails. I got UV gel tips and it fell off the next day and the finishing a weren’t they best, but when I got the gel nails they were great

Got gel mani and regular pedi last week and my nails are STILL almost perfect! To be honest I am VERY particular when it comes to nails… I’ve been searching for a new go to spot since this pandemic (with all the sanitation and what not) but I think I finally found it!!! Chris did a phenomenal job! She caught all my pet peeves even before I mentioned it to her!! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. 💅🏻👍👍

I have been coming to this nail salon for years and be always had the best service! I am someone who has a habit of picking at my cuticles and I find that when I come here for my regular manicure my nails stay beautiful for at least a week. I definitely recommend trying this place especially now that they have a new owner! They have made this place feel even better and more welcoming! Great service and experience! Super clean and great products!

Really enjoy this nail salon. I only get pedicures here so I cant speak to anything else. Salon is clean and the staff are very nice. The salon adds personal touches (like a warm towel on your back while youre drying) that makes you feel nice and relaxed.

Best basic manicure. It really last. Most nails salons only put effort when you request services $30 and up. That is not the case at Nail Sense. The basic manicure last from 10 to 12 days!!!

Stopped by on a whim to treat my mom today, neither of us had been there before. She really enjoyed it and will go back! One thing to note: They only accept cash tips!! We didnt know that before going in.

The best nails salon!!! Whenever I get a basic manicure it lasts almost two weeks!!! Anywhere else it would only last five days.I use my hands a lot at home and at work. You really get your moneys worth. The staff is also friendly and they maintain high standards of cleanliness. I cant get my nails wrapped or a gel manicure due to allergies. However the basic manicure last almost as long as them. You wont be disappointed

I wanted to give zero stars but there is no option for that. The worst place i have ever been if you want golden glitter theyll do yellow glitter and will chase you stepping out of the shop to stop you in public and ask for big tip for worse nail service. The owner said her employes are living on tips only which means she charges extra money but she dnt pay the gud salary to her employes talk to her employes in her native language and pretend no one speaks english and they all do speak english still make you fool and You will get the worse nails, I got it first time from this place today and she chased me all the way in the parking lot to ask for a big tip. I came home and removed her gel nail service of $45 plus forcefully tip Even if the customer is not satisfied. Dont go to her shop or you will just waste your hard working money. I wanted to add the picture but there is no option for that.
