Dr Pandya is the best dentist I ever had. He is so gentle and patience with me and help me overcome my fear of needles. As a patient I feel relaxed and welcomed and all the staff is very welcoming and their customer service is amazing. Folks, never ever even work under this dentist Pandya. I dont think he has any manners, courtesy, or work ethic. He is calling his own employees demeaning names. Like this is an Indian school in the 70s. A new employee cannot learn everything immediately. I am ashamed to say he is a doctor. When he started as a new resident, did he know everything? How can a doctor come out of medical school and start his own practice with no manners or respect for his employees? Especially in a country like America. He should go back to school to learn manners. I wouldnt recommend anybody to apply at his place of work. He is a total failure as an employer.

When someone write about this dentists bad service and disappointed due to their behavior ...the owner writes back that This is not our patient this is a Fake review from someone or if someone ask for any prescription they make their own stories that its an illegal prescription etc. and tons of stories this owner make in response... There is no option to answer for the owner response and other people think that this dentist is right which is not true. nobody has time to give bad or good comments ..patients write the way they were treated....understood Mr owner...For my review the own we will say this is not our patient because it doesnt match with our data...but the reality is I was his patient and this dentist messed up my case.

I have been coming to this office for years back when they were in floral park. Even as a kid I didn’t mind going because of how the staff and dentists are. Recently I had some whitening done and I couldn’t be happier before I didn’t like to smile too much cause of how yellow they looked in pictures and in real life. But since the whitening I have gotten loss of complements on them. I don’t mind smiling in photos and I definitely think this has helped my confidence. They have a very nice staff who will work with you for what ever your needs and the dentist will let’s you know all the details of the procedure before hand and make sure you are comfortable the entire way through.

Pandya Dental Care is the best place to go for all your dental needs. They are extremely friendly and professional. Anjali, who works at the front desk is super sweet and helpful. Dr. Pandya, Mrs. Pandya and their assistants always go out of their way to make the experience the best as can be. Dr. Pandya is extremely knowledgeable. I visit the office once a month for my braces appointment and I always leave with a smile on my face. They answer all my questions and address all my concerns. Very rude staff. They don’t have any etiquette how to speak to their patients. The lady at the office was very rude. My husband got late just 5 minutes and when we come to them before time they never realize how long we wait for. These people are fraud and suggest you hell a expensive treatment. The doctor doesn’t even have a sense to talk to their patients. My husband came in for a different issue but besides fixing that they said he have 2-3 cavities and just filling one cavity he messed with his tooth. Really bad doctor and the staff is so bad as well.Update: If there comes an medical emergency in family I think everyone can understand to that. There have been days when we came before time and still waiting for more than 30 mins, understand we have a life as well we book appointments so that doctor can see us on the time not that we should come and sit there for a long time.

Horrible experience. They refused me service because I said the aerosol room fragrance spray was too strong. They told me come back and had me make another appointment. When I got there they said they wont see me. They told me to get a Doctors clearance to see them because I could be allergic..when in fact I wasnt..it was just too strong of a fragrance. I am baffled as to why they would have something like that in an office anyway. Use more natural methods to make your office smell good because it wasnt antibacterial so what was the point really. I would definitely go somewhere elses. Very rude and nasty.

I had a terrible dentist growing up, so bad it put me off the dentist for several years. When I started coming to Dr. Pandya, I knew it had been really long but right off the bat, he made me feel comfortable without being judged. I also love that he is never pushy about suggestions or treatments, he makes the recommendation and lets you decide for yourself. Also, with pandemic, they are taking every precaution to continue to see patients safely with adequate staff on hand.

It’s such a welcoming environment and they really want you to feel comfortable and understand what’s happening with your teeth. I did Invisalign with them and it was such a smooth process and now I have a better smile. They are so so so nice and they work really hard to make sure you get the best out of the whole experience. Truly grateful I was able to work with the whole team and now I am more confident with my smile and teeth.

Needed to get a lot of work done dental wise and Dr. Pandya had to correct the last dentists ok job. My previous crown fell out and it turned out I needed a bridge! The bridge would be across the front of my mouth and I was pretty skeptical about what it would take to make my smile look good. Safe to say he did an outstanding job and Im very pleased! Doctor has a very nasty attitude. He can get very disrespectful if you ask him any questions. He also has an anger issue and will yell at people in the office which made me feel very uneasy. They also offer services if you are willing to leave them a good review. I find that extremely shady. And whenvee someone leaves a bad review, you will see them calling a fake patient. People don’t go leaving reviews for no reason and ofcourse I will not and neither will someone else jeapordize their ongoing treatment by using the real name here on internet.

Dr Pandya just finished to do my implants. His work was amazing! The process was flawless, he explained step by step every time what he was about to do. Like always he kept the pain under control. His new 3D imagery machine allows him to be more precise in the completion of his work. I cannot be more happier to be under his care.

Im wary of his practice. My hygienist didnt seem to understand how to clean as my cleaning took 10 minutes and Dr. Pandya had to finish. I didnt even get a floss. My mother had an issue with this dentist as well and her hygienist told her he came from India a few months beforehand. Both of us were given suggestions for procedures that have never been offered up by any dentist beforehand. Be wary!

I live in island park, ny which is right next to Long Beach and coming to dr. Pandya’s office is worth the 40 minute drive every time. Every time my daughter and I come in for a visit we are always greeted by dr. Pandya with a very welcoming hello and a smile that can light up a room. He takes such great care of my daughter and I and gives us the most hospitable service I have ever experienced from any dentist. Worst dentist visit of my life!! I had been there for a regular check up and not for any other treatment. They insisted on checking my gum pockets. As soon as I said I felt extreme pain and didnt want them to check the pockets, a woman stepped in claiming to be the office manager and began to lecture and intimidate me. Worst of all the doctor comes in and says Im not supposed to refuse any part of the treatment. Refusing any treatment is a patients right. He later said if I had wanted only cleaning then I could have done it at home. What a moron!
