We went to lumber liquidators to have upstairs carpet removed and match flooring to the laminate that covers the entire 1st floor. The sales person helped us select a luxury vinyl plank that closely matches. They scheduled us for delivery and installation within 2 1/2 weeks. We were surprised to see 1 person arrive for installation. This man with the help of his wife removed all the carpet, moved furniture and installed 3 bedrooms and a hallway with the chosen flooring. They did an amazing job in 1 and a half days. Price, workmanship and ease I would recommend Lumber Liquidators to anyone. They also credited my account with all unused product.

Went to Lumber Liquidators to shop for laminate flooring for our FROG, family room over garage. We needed around 450 square feet. We were greeted by Rachel who showed us the various products that would meet our needs. She was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She made various suggestions based on our needs and we came to the best choice.We made our choice and the flooring came in on time as promised. We plan to start laying it down after the holidays. We dont anticipate any problems but will update review with any highlights.So far so good, I would recommend Lumber Liquidators.

The personal in the store are great. It took an additional 2 weeks for delivery from the date I was told.

Actually would not give it even 1 star, I walked in, was greeted by the gentleman at check out and was told he would help me shortly. I looked around, knew what I wanted and was asked by another employee if they could help me. I told her what I wanted which was a flooring that my friends in the condo where I live have in their condos and are pleased with it. She said no I should not use that because 15yrs down the road I would not be happy.... Ok but I said my friends used it and then she stated”I doubt that.”And she continued to belittle me and the comment I was trying to make as I made my way to exit the door. A very unpleasant way to help a customer.... needless to say I will never be a customer there. I went to another Flooring Store where my needs were met with kindness and respect from knowledgeable staff.... and yes I bought from them.

The gentleman I spoke with was VERY knowledgable about flooring. Gave me great advice and even told me to stick with my preferred choice from a competitor. What a refreshing and wonderful experience. Ill definitely go there for the rest of my restoration and highly recommend you check them out. How wonderful to meet a knowledgeable and honest sales person.

I did not purchase flooring from Lumber Liquidators. The contractor who installed our floors never came back to complete the transitions/thresholds. Gregory with Lumber Liquidators was fantastic. Thanks to Jesse, we were SAVED us from a nightmare at Lowes. Jesse was EXTREMELY accommodating to my husband. Based on our large quantity Lowes didnt order(order paid in full & supposed to be placed on 7/21), Jesse looked through his flooring at his location. We found a few options. Once we arrived @ L.L., we were told that there was another gorgeous option, but 1 bulk was in Wilmington & 1 bulk was in Murrells Inlet. Jesse facilitated everything. My husband got a Uhaul & went to Wilmington & our contractor went to Murrells. Thanks to Jesse, our flooring nightmare was resolved. Were still 2 days behind now, but at least we have the flooring!! Jesse was outstanding. He was helpful and asked the right questions to ensure we had everything we needed for our floor. He didnt push the pricy floors, he found out what we were doing, why we were doing it and what we wanted to get done and suggested several in each price range. Will be back for the rest of the flooring for our house.

Great deals! We over purchased flooring and were able to get store credit to use for other projects. The guys were all especially helpful, knowledgeable, and happy to help us even when we made caused them to work late. We love our luxury vinyl plank flooring!

At any location for this business I will not give a good review. The company is not to be trusted, and their product has been proven to be produced in China, and manufactured with formaldehyde.The house I purchased had this simulated wood product installed, just months prior to our purchase.When we took a left over piece back to the Lumber Liquidators in North Myrtle Beach SC. I was told I had no claim, since I was not the purchaser.I purchased a formaldehyde detector, which confirms that the formaldehyde vapor level in our house is in the danger level. There is, to my knowledge, no recourse. I will not buy Lumber Liquidators products even if I watch them cut the tree and hand cut the flooring. Bad business policy with no concern for the damage or harm their product may cause. Beware !!!.

I have dealt with numerous sales staff at the Lumber Liquidators store in North Myrtle Beach and I have been extremely impressed with their willingness to help and guide us through the purchasing process. Every question answered and you get the feeling they genuinely care. If I ever have to buy hard wood floors again I will not go anywhere else. Great job to all!

Lumber Liquidators is legit. They have some builder grade, they have top of the line, and most everything in between. They deliver install and finance with synchrony no interest. Everything by the book no shotty work only the best. If you want your floors done right, whether a rental property or your personal home they have what you need and can get it done right and fast.

My husband and I went there to get samples for my in-laws and they were very helpful. Then sent someone out to give an estimate. When we asked for a written estimate, we kept getting the runaround. Now, they wont even answer the phone when we call. We called the main office in Richmond and they couldnt understand and said they would look into it. Well, they never got back to us either. Do they not want to install and sell floors? Its been a month. Finally got someone today so we will see

Screwed me over and NOW I have to pay more money to get my flooring!!! I bought $7,000 worth of flooring and it was not delivered on Friday like promised. I rented a Uhaul(4600 lbs of flooring) to carry it all. They said it would take another week to get it in, OR they could have it special delivered for $235. I said YES, special deliver it AND pay my extra uhaul bill and were good(and I wont post anything negative! Nope. Wouldnt pay the extra $100. 10+ people walked in, and then walked out of that store due to the fact that they were dealing with me.(You know each person is potential sale/money, So...theyre losing over a $100) Satisfy ME as a customer and I will leave. So, I HAVE TO PAY an extra $100 to get my flooring 3 days later than promised. Oh, the best thing....Jesse tells me Sir, take it or leave it. We sell $7,000 floors everyday. Losing your business wont hurt us!Guess what....I HOPE IT DOES.

Stay away! We made the mistake of buying Bamboo flooring from them and are still paying. After three months floor started to cup and split. There inspector came out and found floor was defictive, after more research we discovered this problem had been going on for a few years and they were still selling it. Please dont make the same mistake we did.

HORRIBLE experience, want the money up front prior to installation and people never turn up. Customer service and satisfaction is not a concern to these people. If you get the installation from them as well, then ends up being an expensive project too. I have paid in full for the material and labor 4 weeks ago and still dont have floor put on.
