Amazing from start to finish! I first walked into a warm and friendly greeting by Hayley then had my appointment with Bailey. Bailey was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and so relaxed. Had a great experience. I shared with Nicole that I wanted to get Botox in my forehead that didn’t look too much or make my face seem rigid and without expressions. She totally understood what I wanted and did a fantastic job, keeping my natural look while getting rid of the couple of lines in my forehead. I can still move my eyebrows and look alive :D.Bailey also did a great job as I needed something to refresh my skin and help a bit with the texture. She was very mindful that my marriage date is coming up soon and didn’t want to experiment or do anything that might cause irritation before the big day. She was very considerate and mindful. Both Nicole and Bailey were very professional and still felt like friends, understood exactly what I wanted, did a fantastic job and didn’t try to push me into doing/buying something I didn’t need. I was called to book this appointment; I did not call to request an appointment myself. I arrived an hour early after working an extremely long day. People came in and went back with little to no wait. My appointment time came and went. When another person walked in and went straight to the back….. I shook my head and I left. I have used several services at this location. I have had injectables with Nicole, micro blading with Autumn and hydro facial with Bailey... each person has been very friendly and explains reasonable expectations. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have never done any of these services before. If you are curious and want to see someone about your appearance I would highly recommend this business. You CAN’T GO WRONG with any provider here.

Dr Cook took me right in the same day I called, gave a quick adjustment to my lower back and neck. Very professional and my back and neck feel great after just one adjustment. I paid for the 4 for $100 package as I have done before, but don’t expect to need to go back as expected.

Best place in the Grand Strand for a spa day and Botox!

I’ve been going here for years and this week was a perfect example why. I injured my back about 6 months ago and this last visit alleviated almost all of my back pain with great focus from the massage team and Chiropractor,They even did a dry needle session that help greatly.

We had such a wonderful experience here. We are on vacation from MN and called the morning of and they were able to work both of us in for facials. They were so nice and knowledgeable. They didn’t try to force their products on us (even though we both bought them). Even though we are from a different state we can still communicate and get what we will need from this place. Just had my first appointment with Dr. Bell after years of pain. I can honestly say i trust him completely and am so excited to eventually be pain free in my back. Staff members are kind, courteous, and caring. My needs are met with compassion and excellent skill. Dr. Bell was able to quickly assess exactly what I needed to solve my muscular problems, and his suggested plan of care began to relieve my pain within in the first two visits. Between the chiropractic adjustments and medical massage, I feel like a brand new person!

I went to see Dr Bell (twice in two days bc I couldn’t let the opportunity pass) while on a short vacation. He was so helpful and gave me notes on his specific methods so I could find a similar chiropractor in my home town. He has the best equipment and does a full body adjustment - so much better than the chiropractor I’d been to previously. I look forward to my next beach trip just so I can see Dr Bell and schedule some more spa treatments since they were fully booked while I was there during holiday season. This place is so nice and pleasant atmosphere.
