I cam to visit Ocean Isle for vacation and my hearing aid stopped working. I called and got an appointment for the next morning. They were able to fix my hearing aid quickly. Great service with great customer service. Thank you, I can hear the ocean waves again.

I made an appointment nearly a year ago and purchased top of the line Beltone. Covid 19 protocols were followed and I was told they would set up follow up appointments. I have heard absolutely nothing from them since getting the aids. When I go online to chat, they refer me to support documents on the website. This is my first set and while I do not question the quality of the product, the service is clearly inferior, certainly wont go back.

Have not been happier at any visit to check my father’s hearing aids. We felt safe as far as Covid is concerned. Everyone was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. This was our first visit but so glad we chose this office.

The receptionist was very inviting and the office was well maintained for COVID-19. The hearing test was thorough and very pleasant. I was given options and plenty of time for questions. I would recommend Beltane highly.

Woke up Sunday morning and left hearing aid was dead. I was devastated. Call Tuesday and was able to get in early morning. My hearing aid words fixed and cleaned. Thank goodness it was something that could be fixed so I could enjoy the rest of my vacation!!

This place is great. Just relocated to area from Penna. Before I left up north.my hearing aids where sent out for repair and shipped down here. I needed to have them set up and programmed after repair. Made an appt at this hearing center and the doctor was unbelievable. She took the time to set up and explain the features which my original doctor never did. I must say that they now sound better than they ever did and am completely blown away how well I can now hear. Thank you very much to a wonderful doctor.

I was incredibly fortunate to get an appointment with Dr. King during the pandemic, with so many hearing centers closed or furloughed. Further, Dr. King is one of a few audiologists in Myrtle Beach that holds an advanced degree in this field. Unlike many others that are only licensed or certified, I specifically needed my tests done for pre-employment and she had the required credentials. The staff is great and the location is easy to find.

I feel that I was given a thorough examination and any questions I had were answered completely. I already have a few more questions and I’m looking forward to being able to hear clearly after next week’s appointment.

Thursday night the tube on my right aid came loose from the casing causing static and my aid would cut off and on. On Friday am it was worse and going on and off. By chance I stopped by the office in N. Myrtle Beach to see if I could get help. With Covid-19 I was not sure if even open. Ron was there and took care of the problem in 5 minutes!.... Ron has helped me on several occassions over the 10 years or so I have been wearing aids and he is always upbeat, positive, and can do attitude!... I suppose you can buy cheaper aids like advertised on TV all the time but I bet you cant get support like this!... Thanks much Ron and Dr. Kimberly!!!!

I was not allowed inside the building. A tech came to the front door and took my aids. After a few minutes, the tech came to the door and told me the aids were not working, they were out of warranty’s door that Beltone no longer supported or repaired them. I was, however, offered a new pair for 4 to 6 thousand dollars. A very unsatisfactory encounter.

Need to change your hours that your open on your website from 8:30To 9:00

Thankful that Ron was able to handle my appointment as soon as he did. I left feeling happy that he was able to solve my situation. Thank you.
