After accepting the fact that it would cost me $150 to have a chair delivered 2.5 miles away, I was told it would be delivered in 2 days. After spending all day waiting 2 days later (they could not give me a specific time), I called and was told that my delivery would be an additional 3 days later. Need to work on customer service! I will not buy anything there again.

I would highly recommend shopping this store. The service was outstanding. There is a good selection and the quality of the furniture is impressive. We bought a bedroom set and the entire experience was amazing.

Many pieces damaged upon delivery caused multiple deliveries. Poorly managed and only responded when corporate customer service was called. Very disappointing experience.
