I manage short term rentals and recently had a guest complaint regarding the carpeting in one of my units. Due to the season all of my bookings are Sat - Sat and the unit is completely booked through Sept so I needed a company that was flexible to meet my needs in between guests. Myrtle Beach Chem Dry to the rescue. They squeezed me in, showed up on time and resolved the problem quickly, efficiently and were very professional. They cleaned, disinfected and deodorized the carpets as well as removed some red stains that I was amazed at how well the were removed. They showed tremendous customer focus and service that will not be forgotten. As much as Id like to say this would the last time I would need their service Im realistically looking to a great long term relationship with them and would highly recommend them to everyone. The other benefit was the environmentally safe chemicals that they use which is great for my guests and the fact that they would not leave the carpet wet for several hours or days. The rugs were all clean, red spots removed and all dry by the time my next guest arrived just a couple of hours later.Oh and by the way I checked in with the next guest the following day and they said everything was great!!!Thanks again! You are a lifesaver.
