Contacted this company through their wed site on Friday night at 9:00pm got an immediate response. Brandon was at my condo the next morning at 9:00 with a diagnosis and appliance was fixed on Sunday at 11:00. Very professional. and stayed in contact. I would highly recommend.

After dealing with our refrigerator randomly turn on and off. We called AHS and they assigned our repair to Carolina Appliance Repair. What a blessing, Mike show up and explained in detail what was needed and how it he was gonna get it done. Two days later in a Saturday he showed up and fixed it in no time. Absolutely fantastic! I got to our vacation home on Friday evening only to find that our refrigerator wasnt cooling properly. With a load of just-purchased groceries threatening to go bad, I loaded them into coolers and waited until Monday to call for help.I spent a significant amount of time calling various repair companies, only to have none answer the phone or return my call. I finally got to Carolina Appliance Repair and my call was immediately answered. The woman on the phone was extremely friendly and offered to send someone out the same day.I was relieved when, less than two hours later, Mike, the technician, arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got things up and running. Even better, the cost was extremely reasonable. Mike was very professional, very competent, and very friendly. Our dishwasher broke on Friday late afternoon and we had renters coming in on Sunday. It looked like the renters were going to be inconvenienced by having to handwash.Carolina Appliance came out but the dishwasher needed to be replaced. The repairman said if we picked out a dishwasher from Lowes, they would pick it up from Lowes themselves, deliver and install on Saturday even though they were closed. The owner personally picked it up and installed it. He was both friendly and professional. Carolina Appliance went above and beyond to get us taken care of. Awesome experience!

This company saved me tons of money! My refrigerator was not working and after communicating that to the secretary, they made an emergency appointment for 5 hours after I called so I wouldn’t lose my food.
