We just moved to the area and found an ant problem in the kitchen. I called Accurate Pest Control but they never showed up. After several phone calls I finally tried Active Pest Control and they came to my house in Fort Lauderdale within 25 minutes. The technician that came to the house was very knowledgeable. He offered advice as to how to avoid the ant problem and explained the treatment he was going to use. He assured me that the chemicals were pet safe for my dog. He was very informative and friendly. Very reliable. Have not seen one ant, even with one service!! Office reassured me that if I have problems between services to call and they would come back out at no charge. Have not had a need to call. Great customer service!!!!

Most of the reviews for this company express opinions that were written shortly after signing up with Active Pest. This one is not.. I meet Tom back in 1979.. I lived in Hollywood, Fl at that point. He services y bug needs until they hired Wilson.... Wilson has been around and it just about a member of my family. He does my sisters house, my sons house and my daughters home and my ex-husbands. When I moved to Palm Beach.. my new husband already had a bug service so.. we used them for a VERY short time.. there was an ant problem that was totally out of control. I got hold of Wilson to see if Active serviced Palm Beach.. at that time they had very limited service BUT.. yes they could service my new home. Thats was back in 2002.. And since then they have been coming here ...Wilson has a key to my house.. I totally trust this company... a VERY satisfied 35 year customer.

These guys are fantastic! So, friendly and always on time. We moved into a new home that had a roach problem and Tom came in and took care of everything. Tom and Dan both came back to do follow up appointments and made sure the problem was resolved. Thank you guys so much.

We switched to Active Pest Control after being with a national pest control company for several years. We always had to call them back for repeat applications... Dan listened to our concerns and weve not had any issues since the first month of service...They always work around our schedule which is just great!
