The employees in the store are just as important as any emergency services are. They saved all my important documents and pictures from my laptop that decided to not boot into windows anymore. Turns out it was just an update that windows installed that caused the issue. I was able to recover my information and have windows reinstalled and its a borderline miracle. I thought everything was lost. Thanks to Erik and Brandon for helping me out so much.

I came in for a what appeared to be crack on my rear camera S9 Plus. I came in and was immediately taken care of by Kaleb(I think his name was). He told me a flat price to fix it which was a little over $100 and told me that he strongly believes that it isnt a cracked camera and he was right. They said the phone will be ready in a hour but it was ready before then. Great service and will come back.

Eric was a big help getting my galaxy z fold 2 repaired, Pablo the tech also did a great job putting the phone back together, the phone is working great.

I broke the screen of my iPhone XS Max and went there to get a quote. They told me that if they fix my screen, my speaker nor my Face ID would no longer work because it’s not an “Apple Brand screen” and if I wanted the Apple screen it would cost double the price. I have broken multiple screens and have had them replaced multiple times in the past from other places and I’ve never heard this BS before. They didn’t seem like they knew what they were talking about so I left and got it replaced somewhere else that was Cheaper. My speaker and my Face ID work perfectly fine.

Laptop repair uncompleted and further damaged. I took my laptop to be repaired and paid a premium price. The service was timely, but when I got home and opened my laptop the hinge and frame were damaged (previously they were undamaged), but at least the screen was repaired. I went back and was told there would be additional charges to fix the damage they caused! Speaking to the supervisor was like speaking to a wall. A rotten experience.

I had an Iphone 11 that was driven over by a car the front and back were smashed but I was able to get my phone fixed on the front by the pros at this shop. Although my back couldnt be repaired Im still quite content at the fact my phone is working again. I cant afford a new one and the cost of the repair was way cheaper than buying a new one.

I called in advance with make and model number and told them I would come in the next day, they said no need for appointment I arrive and am told without the the least bit of apology or empathy, we don;t have that part If I could I would give them minus stars! THE worst customer service experience in years, Oh and to top it off all over the counter QR codes to give them 5 star reviews ... what a scam!

They are amazing Apple tried to charge me 1100 to fix my MacBook pro with the touch bar and they fixed it for not even half that price. They are super nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend them hands down. My I phone 11 crashed I brought it here they fixed it in less than 30 minutes. They are time efficient and have amazing customer service. There work is quality and quick. They have me as a life time customer for sure!!!

He also synced my gmail for me on my sisters phone.Helped remove a website on my samsung galaxy phone as well.I am so so very happy, that I dared to come back for help, but they really know their stuff. AND, it was free free free!!!The fourth was with me, thank you ERIK.So far, so good. Thursday 4/24, I walked in and placed my order. Hell call me in a day or 2, or I can also call him. My phone fell in the intercoastal water. It went down to the bottom 15 feet. I dove in and got it out of the water and turned it off. I brought it to Dennis at ubreakifix in North Miami, he told me no problem we will do our best. They took the phone and put it in a dehydrating machine. They also cleaned the ports out with alcohol. Five hours later my phone was like brand new! Forget the rice! Bring your electronics to the guys at ubreakifix in North Miami. They won’t do you wrong.

At first sight - everything seemed perfect. Seemed that everything was well replaced. I had iPhone XR.But after a month - my phone fell down again, from about 10inch high. Whole screen was full spiderweb again. So badly that even pieces of the screen came out! Then I saw that my iPhone was missing two screws at the bottom also..So my husband decided to change the screen himself (he has done it also before). And the screen was actually replaced unfortunately very poorly... :(The screen came off very easily and the rubber, which is used to protect the phone from dust and humidity, was missing.Also the screen quality was worse than average Amazon screen replacement.Very disappointed.. 😞

I came to get my ps4 cleaned because it’s been dusty and loud. Me and my mom comes to drop it off for cleaning, it took them 1 week to clean a ps4 and on top of that they messed up the power supply on the ps4 but didn’t tell us we had to find out by calling the place instead of them calling and letting the owners know. That ps4 was a gift from my dad that died 1 yr ago. That is a limited edition ps4 now what happens if they can not fix the ps4?? Crazy ….. I don’t recommend coming here to get anything fix by these unprofessional people.

A bunch of idiots, brought my phone to fix a cracked screen and ended up with a phone that does not hold a charge. He also lied and tried to make it seem like I brought the phone and The Board had Damage. The manager however mentioned that as they were removing the battery it sometimes would burn some parts.know the risk before you go, $50 extra dollars at an apple store does not seem too much now

COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE. My Google pixel 5 finger print sensor was malfunctioning, so I used UbreakiFix to replace it under Googles warranty. After establishing a claim with Google, they directed me to mail it in to Google or visit a UbreakiFix store for same day repair. Ubreak didnt have the piece in stock, yet still needed me to drive to the store to order the piece, in spite of already having manufacturers claim and exact phone model in their records. I was told itd take a few days for the piece to arrive, so I called every few days to check and the piece which didnt arrive for more than 3 weeks. When it finally arrived, they said the piece had to be checked by a manager before the repair, so Id have to come in the next day for the repair. When I came in the next day, they explained that theyd since lost the piece and would have to order another. Another week later, I called them (they never called me once) to find out they had the piece for a few days and were waiting to hear from me, but again it needed to be installed by the manager, so I had to wait until the next day. I arrived when they open 10am and they said the repair would take 4 hours. When I arrived 5 hours later they hadnt finished it yet and said itd take another 30 minutes. 30 minutes later, they hadnt finished it, so I stayed in the store another 15 minutes until it was done (6 hrs later). I left assuming the phone was fixed, only to find that theyd damaged something in the process and now every person I talk to hears an echo. Im now in the process of working with Ubreak & Google to have them fix the damage or replace the phone.

Dont buy here screen lasted 2 days and it was in my pocket never fell no scarcthes and the screen broke dont waste your hard working money with pablo there screens are probably Chinese thats why they wont last more then a few days

I have the Asunon insurance plan and paid over $315 to have 3 items repaired. The most important item could only be repaired 20 miles from where I live, so I took all 3 items there. I arrived at 6:20 but was not seen until 6:50. The phones of 2 people ahead of me were lost, which was a bad sign, but I had already paid. The balding guy told me that they were about to close and he could not take my items despite there being 5 people behind me. I told him I had driven 20 miles and could not come back tomorrow like the other people. I took out my devices and showed him the paperwork and he said that the serial numbers were not on the work order, so I would have to contact Asurion. I asked him for the number and called them. The representative, Erica said that they do not require the serial number...just the model number, which I had provided. He asked for my phone and I put it on speaker so that we both could hear her tell him that they didnt require the serial number. He then told her how would they know if the device I brought in was the same device. She told him they relied on the technician to obtain it. He then announced in a loud voice that my sons PS4 has roach infestation. I told him that my.son is in college and his dorm room probably did. It is now 7:13 and I am in the parking lot finishing this, where there are still 4 people inside waiting to be seen. I will be canceling my Asurion contract this month, due to the poor service of this man. I have paid into the plan for 6 months and these are my first claims. He told me before I left that they wouldnt be repairing the PS4 but would be replacing it, as they dont repair PS4 consoles when they have roach infestation. I dont have roaches and was annoyed that he felt the need to continue to make these statements in a loud voice. He said they would contact me in a couple of days once the diagnostics are done. I have never been this annoyed as a customer. He acted as if he didnt want to wait on me from the very beginning. Perhaps he should remain in the back of the store if thats how he treats black/female/senior customers, despite me having already paid for the repairs in advance.

Terrible service and terrible products used. I have had two batteries replaced for my MacBook by this location. The 1st battery lasted less than a year before it needed to be replaced the second batter came loose and they refused to fix it. They will take you money and provide poor service and poor quality replacement parts.

Im sad to give this place less than 5 stars because I have heard a number of positive reviews but anyone with an iPhone probably shouldnt bring their phone here.First off, the customer service when you enter is really terrible, the man sitting at the front was quite rude and didnt listen to me when I explained my issues (I was back to the store approximately 5 times throughout the process and was greeted and dealt with by him each time).Second, it appears they are trying to cut corners by purchasing below industry standard aftermarket screens for iPhones and trying to get away with putting them on and charging the same price as industry standard.My experience:I brought my iPhone in to get a screen replacement a few weeks ago and the problems just got worse from there. Upon returning home to set up the phone - the Face ID and front facing camera didnt work properly and did not calibrate. I brought it back to the store, and they ran diagnostics and told me they couldnt fix it so to bring it to apple, so I did. Prior to leaving I asked if there would be any issue with my Apple Care or warranty, and they told me no. Apple opened the phone and told me that my warranty and Apple Care was now void because they had put on a poor quality aftermarket screen and it was not sealed to the phone properly. I then went back to UbreakIFix and explained the situation to them asking for compensation or for them to fix it. They claimed they couldnt do anything until I called the corporate office. After that, they then took the phone back and it began working... very curious after 2 weeks of going back and forth and having an Apple Care tech look at it as well. In the end, the manager Jordan did his best and did prove to be helpful and understanding as he replaced my screen with the proper quality screen and my face ID has been working ever since.

Ipad screen needed to be replaced. No problem they said. BUT apparently a problem. While fixing the screen, they advised they broke the on/off button. No problem they said. They would fix the button they had broken. BUT apparently a problem. We brought the ipad home and button broke again next day. No problem they said. BUT apparently a problem because we brought it back again and they advised not only did they break the button BUT they also broke the camera. No problem they said. They would fix. We took the ipad to another vendor and they advised UBreak had broken the mother board. Wow. Just wow. Dont deserve one star, BUT then only way to provide a review, I said.

Phone was fixed well. However it was a little bit pricey. $275 as opposed to the $250 price Samsung has on their website for cracked screen repairs. I was also told at the end, not the beginning, that they replaced my battery. But the S20 only came out 1 year ago so I dont believe I needed a new battery. Lastly, their payment machine wasnt working, so they had to take payments manually which required them writing down my credit card number, expiration date, and CVV code. Another customer had to do the same thing. Some people dont like giving that information and the point of contactless chip payment features on debit and credit cards is to reduce the need to give your card info for security purposes. Aside from those minor issues, the cracked screen was fixed well.

I dropped my new iPhone SE in the bay and it was under for about 5 minutes before I found it and it wasn’t working the next day. Took it in to Ibreakufix and they said it wasn’t looking good but surely enough they fixed it and it’s back to normal and super cheap as well!!! Only took a day as well, highly recommend if your phone gets water damage, EVEN SALT WATER!!

DO NOT BRING YOUR ELECTRONICS HERE!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!Had a TERRIBLE experience with North Miami UBreakIFix. Brought my ipad for a same day simple screen fix. Was promised it would be ready same day by 6pm. Came at 6:30pm to pick it up – was told it was not yet ready. They should have called to let me know it wouldn’t be ready as promised – which would have been totally fine. Was then told it would be ready at 11am the following day. I asked Erick to call me once it was ready for pickup, in order to avoid going there AGAIN and it not being ready. Received a call from the store at 10am saying it was ready for pickup. I came in at 3:30pm for pickup. Was told by Angel, who was NOT WEARING A MASK, that they made a mistake and it was not ready. Said I should come back later to pick it up, and then told me they would give me $10 off for every time I went to pick it up and it wasn’t ready – this was honestly insulting.Every single time I went, I asked for the manager to call me. Wanted to make him aware of the terrible customer service.I would never do business with this store ever again and do not recommend anyone to go there.
