Highly recommend Calvin and his Mercedes Service team! We needed a repair as we just moved to Miami. Calvin took care of our problem quicker than expected, it was not an easy job cause the trunk of our BMW X3 was very locked, but at the end it was perfectly fixed and without charging us the extra time. Calvin explained everything along the way and was quick and easy to communicate. I couldnt have been more impressed with their professionalism, work, and customer service. We will definitely come back for our cars maintenance!

These guys are fantastic! I brought in my 05 BMW Z4 for some oil leak issues, and they were able to give me a clear diagnosis for everything. They also caught a transmission cooler hose leak that wouldve turned into a disaster if I didnt come in in time, as well as bad serpentine belts.They charge a fair rate for fantastic work ($100/hr labor), they didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need and they took care of my issues in no time at all (took 2 days for 15+ hours of work!). Also, they offered me a 1 year/12,000 mile warranty on their repairs.They were also incredibly helpful, informed, professional, and were able to give me a valid reason for every repair they needed to perform. These guys are good, honest, hard-working mechanics and I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anybody.

Unacceptable work!!! Went there to get service done on my Mercedes, ended up paying more for absolutely less of the service! Just had a nice talk game, not really taking the time to thoroughly educate me as a customer! Very terrible place!!!

I would not use this place i took my Audi there for a simple oil change which I was told was 159.00 ended up costing 262.46. Not only that but my hood is now bent one side closes the other side is 2 inches from closing. I took the car back the next day and the owner tells me it was like that I and said it was the Audi dealer that fixed my car 1 year ago. I took the car back to the Audi dealer and was told my hook was bent because something was left under my hood and the hood wS shut without removing what was left under the hood. I called the owner he told me he takes pictures of ever job I asked where is the pictures he told me he deleted it. I would not recommend taking your car there he is not willing to accept responsibility for his mistakes and argues you down do that you cant get a word in. I have contacted a lawyer what he does not know is I took a picture of my car before I took it there. This place does bad business. I will be taking him to court if I could post pictures everybody could see i was not a liar look on BBB reviews I have posted all the pictures before and after. He deleted his pictures after the job. This guy is a big liar and I have the proof. When I came with my brother he did good work but when I came by myself he did and told me lies my pictures will prove everything in court

Stay away from this shop as far away as possible no matter how good of a quote they provide you with. They might only work on very old benzes but when it comes to newer cars, their mechanics have no idea what they are doing. You will end up taking your car to a certified mechanic after and paying extra. Read reviews and dont trust 5 star ratings which seem to be fake! Stay away.

I went to them to make a few necessary repairs and they also diagnosed the need to replace my intake Manifold for a 2007 ML350. Expecting to get excellent service at a better hourly rate, I actually had to pay over $300 more than the dealership retail. Because they were already working on my other issues, I went ahead and approved the work, but I am not going back. Their service level was nothing special, just average. Competitive and fair rates are more important than service level, so Ill go back to the dealership. The dealership will keep my truck purring like a kitten without the outrageous markup. They never admitted that despite the prices we both got from other dealerships, his was not competitive. Back and forth with fake concern for all of the money that I wasted.

Mercedes Services is located in a convenient place. I was greeted in a friendly manner. I appreciated the patience and helpfulness in identifying my issues. Price was fair and my car was delivered timely. I also got a surprise car wash!

I needed brakes for my car, I googled and call several repair shops, read reviews etc. Most of the shops were closing in 30 minutes when I called, and each day would be the same based on my schedule. I called Miami Mercedes Services in North Miami and spoke with Calvin, he said he would wait for me to get an estimate. He was professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the fact that they had only Mercedes pictures in the office and Mercedes cars in the yard; I felt comfortable that my car would be in the hands of an expert. I dropped my car off the next morning, the prices were very reasonable, later that day, I received a call advising me that I was missing 2 lug nuts and I needed to replaced them; which I was aware of but had forgotten to request it with service. To me; this was great service, and I was pleased that the service specialist was detailed oriented and cared about my car’s performance and looks. My front and back breaks were replaced fully and got 1 year warranty, my car stops on command just like the day I bought it. Thanks guys! This is my shop now!

Excellent service and price! I Spoke with one of the workers named Jorge over the phone first because I needed brake work done. Jorge was very professional and pointed out all the specific charges. He even asked me for my vin number so he can be exact with the parts for my BMW. When I finally took my car the owner Calvin was equally as professional and sincere with pricing and even gave me some good tips on maintaining my car. I was even more impressed that both Jorge and the owner reassured me that the parts they use will be genuine BMW parts and not some aftermarket parts. I was given a specific written estimate and all the work was thoroughly explained to me before signing to have the work done. The work was done in a timely manner. I am very satisfied. Servicing your Mercedes outside of warranty sucks. It just does. Its expensive and somethings always breaking. These guys make the process suck significantly less. Prompt communication, no surprises, they explain everything in as much or as little detail as you want, and theyre very professional. Will be going back there my next service date.

After a regular service on my A5 at the Audi dealer, where they recommended to have my front and rear break pads and rotors as well as the Serpentine belt replaced for the small sum of $2,600, I went a few days later to MercedeServcie to get an alternate quote on the work that Audi recommended. The Owner was very courteous, answered all my questions, assured me that they only use OME spec parts manufactured in Germany. He gave me the estimate, which was roughly half the cost Audi quoted. The Owner then stated that if I agreed to the estimate, I could leave the car and have the work done by the end of the day. About an hour after I left the place, the Owner called me to let me know that I had some damage to the control arms and the bearings and that they should be replaced as well. Since I had an extended warranty, I decided to go ahead and do the additional work. MercedeService handled all the insurance paperwork and I was only charged with the deductible. They even kept their technician late to finish my car so I could still pick it upon the same day. Great service. I will certainly be back there.
