Paul is very rude and unprofessional there is a way to speak to people and way not to. And I don’t take very likely to the condescending attitudes I don’t give a damn who you are or what you own. I will never recommend anyone to go here it was only good with Felicia but she is no longer the Customer service sucks!!!!!
I recently went in to get a quote for some auto insurance and it was quick and easy! Both the girls are amazing at what they do, each of them helped me find the best price and coverage for my car! So I go in to this tag agency to renew my tag. Very professional young ladies behind the counter are there to answer all my questions, so we get to talking about how expensive insurance is nowadays. One of them ( I think her name was Felicia ) asked me how much I pay for auto insurance, I thought to myself - here comes the sales pitch. I have time so I tell her I shopped all over the place with different companys to come up with the best possible rate I could find. she says wow I guess youve done your homework. I laugh, and tell her how much Im paying. she says that sounds like a great price. we make small talk for a few minutes and BAM... she tells me they can save me $ 189.00 a year on the same exact policy if I were to go with a different ( well known ) company. WOW, I was floored, who doesnt like to save money. I highly recommend COVER ALL. Nobody does this anymore. I think Ill send them some flowers, thanks guys. Customer for LIFE

They overcharge for everything including the use of a credit card. Most of what they do you can do it yourself online.
Happy with the service since every office in town closes after 5 but a bit over priced I got a estimate else where and was overcharged about 40 bucks
