My friend not only lost her product, money and time, but the company did not take any financial or verbal responsibility in the matter, just brushed off the matter in a very rude and disrespectful way. When you go to a shipping company to be guided in the process, you are supposed to be gifted with the information and parameters for international shipments. This company has no idea what it is doing.As this is new for me, I approached this company to make a shipment, take my order uncovered so that the person who attended me, in this case the owner of the business, could verify quantity and products that he was going to send. He does not tell me anything and proceeds to close the package, he receives it in a satisfactory way and the shipping process is done successfully.Once the order arrives in Colombia it is confiscated by the authorities, because it is not allowed that a shipment at a personal level contains more than 7 units of the same product. The shipment had to be made as a commercial or send less products to be applied as a personal shipment.When asking the company what responsibility they assumed for the lack of information on their part in the process, the owner denies and says that I carry my merchandise in a sealed envelope, which is a lie, this was what really annoyed me and so I do this review. In addition to this it gives me to understand that it is my fault because it says that it was logical that I as a client had to declare before them the quantity of products, when in no time after seeing my open box he asked me nothing. She is a liar, poorly educated and incompetent. The worst shipping company.
