This company is a scam and I plan to report it to the Better Business Bureau.My girlfriend rented a party bus from Miami limo coach and chose bus number three from their website (since it came with a DJ) A couple hours before the bus was supposed to show she received a phone call stating that they didn’t have that bus (that is broken down)and that they would give her another bus that was even bigger. The bus was scheduled to arrive at 5 PM and ended up arriving at 6:15 PM. The bus that ended up showing up had an broken air conditioner, pieces of the interior were torn, the radio and Bluetooth were malfunctioning. The original bus was scheduled to have a DJ and this bus didn’t come with one. The bus that came had broken brake lights and several of the front lights were burnt out and the driver had concerns if the bus would even be able to make the trip for the party! The people that had coordinated the back up bus weren’t even the original Miami limo coach company which made it appear as though they outsourced the buses to other companies. The only thing that Miami limo coach did nothing to make up for this horrible service.Its one thing to have an entertainment system not working but exterior lights are a safety issue! The driver was even concerned and tired of listening to customer complaints!We called and complained to the company and they told us that they would call us back and we have yet to hear from them.

Had the pleasure of experiencing the excellent customer service from this company twice and I must say that my guest and I wasnt disappointed each time! Please use this company if you’re seeking excellent service, fun times, a LIT DJ and safe drivers!

We used this company to drive our wedding party to key places on the wedding day. The owner was VERY helpful and professional during the reservation process. On the day of the event, the driver and the DJ were amazing! They were friendly and helpful, and made the experience a really fun one instead of having a nervous bride. I would hire them again any time!!

Theres so many things I want to say on this post that it will probably turn into a book. First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Oleg, for his customer service and hospitality skills. I mean from our first conversation he was so amazing in communicating with me and the fact that this planning was SO last minute he made it work and the wedding party and I were able to surprise the newly weds with an amazing PARTY BUS!!! Our driver for that night was Renzo, which he was soooo amazing as well like wow, and the DJ as well my guests and myself never once sat down. Absolutely amazing had the best sweet sixteen ever. The staff was incredible at hosting and keeping things in order even with a group of teenagers and catered to our every need! Highly recommend them for any event!

I rented one of the bigger buses for my friend’s surprise 30th on Jan. 5, 2019. It was about 20 of us and we had the best time. From the moment I called to get information to the moment we all got off at the end of the night, everything was great service. The DJ/bartender was great; he played awesome music and took in all of our requests. The driver was great, too! Before he picked us up, he was in constant communication with me, giving me piece of mind. He took us wherever we wanted and didn’t rush us at any of our stops. Now I’m planning to do a party bus for my birthday in a few months!

We had a party of 22 and this was a perfect size. Our DJ was amazing. He had every music you could imagine. My friends and I used the party bus for the recent eagles dolphins game. And we had the absolute best time. From booking the bus to getting picked up everything was smooth and courteous. Renzo was our driver and we had Johnny as our Dj it was better then we could have every expected. They even had back up ice for us without us having to ask. Had a great party on Jan. 20, 2018 for my daughter’s 10-year-old birthday. They are extremely professional and answer all messages promptly. Everything worked perfectly. The driver and the DJ were also extremely kind with the girls. I highly recommend them.

I had the opportunity to rent the biggest and best bus from Miami Limo Coach for my birthday party, and it was spectacular. My friends and I had so much fun partying it up, no one was sitting in their seats. To this day I still get reminded by my guest of how lit it was. All I had to do to have a great night was make a phone call and a deposit, not stressful whatsoever. I would definitely recommend.
