Although my cracked screen got repaired, they messed up my phones squeeze feature to launch my google assistant. Their solution was to disable it through the phone settings.. not really a solution if you ask me, cause the feature is not fixed, just disabled... So I cant use that feature anymore because they broke it and not to mention how rude the technician was to me, he sure had an attitude. Never again.

Than you for fixing my phone at a fraction of the cost of changing phone and being honest. I am a repeat customer and you are the greatest when Verizon did not give me any suggestions except to upgrade my phone. They said Apple does not replace the battery and my screen was broken and not holding a charge. You are honest and fixed my phone right away. You saved me a lot of headaches and were reasonable too. There are few spots in Miami where you can be treated with true professionalism and outstanding customer service. Well, this is one of the few. Excellent prices, true passion for the business and superior knowledge of the products makes it my favorite place every time I need to replace my multiple batteries (Boat, Car, Phone, etc) or repair the phones of the family.

I am very happy with the service I received. My iPhone 6 charging port and screen were both broke. When I received my phone back I taught I just purchased a new phone; that’s how well my phone was repaired. They are very professional and efficient. I was worried about the repairs cost, but the cost I was given was well within reach. The associate John was very helpful and knowledgeable; I would recommend this place to anyone.

I personally didn’t go but my mom and my daughter went to Batteries Plus Bulbs! Nate was wonderful and extremely helpful they said. As soon as they walked in he helped my daughter and mom and fixed a new screen in 30 min.Will def. be back if I need anything else! Let’s hope my daughter does not break another screen on her phone.

Do not take your phone here!!! I took my phone two weeks ago to get it fix and instead of fixing it one of the guys broke the piece and they just kept going back and fourth with me till they told me the piece was broken by the technician fixing my phone. I haven’t got one answer about my phone every time i call they can’t tell me when my phone will be ready. All they say is it’s been sent away! Okay but where and when will it be ready? All they say i don’t know. Been with out a phone and paid upfront. Instead of helping me they made it worst
