I had a quick chat with Steve Goitia at IT Doctors. He said to come in and let them run a diagnostic on my hard drive. The question was do I replace the old drive with a new solid state drive (no moving parts) or buy a cheap laptop for a specific work need. Steve and his team not only gave me the advice on the options but then discovered that my old hard drive was on its way out. I dropped the laptop off Thursday at 10am. I got a call Friday afternoon saying it was ready and all systems were good. When I mentioned I was leaving from my house, Steve said if you can wait a little, I can drop the laptop off on my way home and save you driving here and back in rush hour traffic? The laptop arrived as offered. Steve and IT Doctors are ROCK STARS! I have already given your details to 3 other friends/colleagues.

After three hours at genius bar and personal attempts at online help i decided it was time for serious help. (all mail was being blocked due to name being mixed in my folders) . sorry... wrong problem and all help giving wrong answers. problem was an IMAP program. This fix took about 5 minutes from two gentlemen with numerous memory sticks hanging from their necks. really good news was that the bill was less than anything id seen in the last year. good location, actually can park near door and if you can climb a flight of stairs.......youll get the job done ASAP

I had a water spill on my MacBook and I went to App Store in Aventura and the people there told me if you want to fix it, it will cost around 750 plus tax, and by the way the new one costs 999 dollars. I immediately called IT Doctors & one of their skilled partners, Eric Beck, was immediately scheduled to assess my situation. Eric was at my office within a few short hours & was able to diagnose the problems on my computer system. Without me having to ask or say a word, Eric removed all of my unnecessary equipment, updated all my settings and devices and had me up and working again in no time. He also took security measures and made sure my Default Settings for the Modem were changed so that no one could access my computer from the outside. In addition, Eric set up a private Wi-Fi network that was easy for me & my guests to connect to! Wow, it’s awesome having IT Doctors to come out and get my computer working and help keep my business intact.
