They canceled the service call. Then scheduled another for 2 weeks later. Which i canceled. I got service the next day from another company. Sears kept calling and calling to schedule another appointment. I got fixed already elsewhere. To bad sears i will not use you again
He did not fix it properly. One burner is not working, That burner was working before he came. My appointment was scheduled from 10am to 2pm. He arrived at 2:30. I had a dental appointment and I had to leave a few minutes after he arrived. When I returned and checked the oven. It was not working. In addition he damaged some of the paint on the oven, I would not have reported that had he fixed the oven properly. I called him at 4:30pm, left him voice mails and text messages and he never responded.
I have always been happy with Sears Service (for more than 60 years) but was especially pleased when I found myself with a 25 year old washer full of wet sheets and towel, Service was able to come out the same day and fix even though the service man did not have the preferred part on his truck. Bless Sears Service.
