Absolutley one of the easiest and best experiences I have had. My old Droid Turbo was a mess. He told me very politely my data was lost. He did what he could do and to no avail. No high pressure sales for a higher cost phone. He showed me what was right for me and I bought. GREAT service with a smile and a few laughs. Thank You! The North Mankato Verizon store took cash but the one by Wal-Mart would not take cash. This does not make any sense. They are all Verizon arent they? The North Mankato store also seems friendlier as well.

Great location, not crazy busy like other Verizon stores. Biggest problem was with the Verizon payment system and several computer glitches causing delay in the entire process. Alexander was very nice and apologetic for the delays- time spent in store was around 3 hours to replace my cell phone. It would have been nice for the staff to have an experienced backup staff who could come in store and assist.

Carter is very knowledgeable and professional on what he does. He made my first time experience at the store pleasant. Looking forward to continue business with Verizon.

Lol I dont like Verizon and they tried to sell me a ridiculously high-priced plan and I didnt like their phones. I went with Cricket, which is across the street from Verizon.
