Bikes constantly get stolen from property, manager does not care. Things break around the apartments, manager doesnt care. Maybe theyll fix it tomorrow, maybe next month. Security doors broke 5yrs ago, management again does not care and has not bothered to fix it, letting anyone just walk into the buildings. Light bulbs will get replaced after weeks of being out. Previous manager at least expressed sympathy about problems, current one will only give short rude responses and says to call the police if anything is stolen. The least you could do is act like you care. Rent goes up but management seems to do less for residents. If youre looking at moving here, look somewhere else, I promise you will regret ever living here. Ive lived in the worst parts of south side Chicago with better management.

The manager is wonderful lady and property is good.

Live here if you want to feel like a minority as a Caucasian male.
