I was in the market for ceramic tint on my ‘15 Lexus GX SUV in the Little Rock area. After a Google maps search, it became very apparent that this was the place to go for the best products and installation. My initial phone call was fielded by Justin who answered all my questions and instilled the trust I needed to pursue this since I’m very particular about who works on my vehicles. He knew the business and it was apparent that he had excellent customer service skills also and was very professional. Once I made my appointment, I dealt with Brandon once I got there and was just as pleased with him as well. This is a very well run business and it’s obvious they take pride in what they’re doing. I brought my new Mercedes-Benz E-Class in for window tinting with the Ceramic Black film.Pros: Staff was great to deal with and knowledgeable. The window film is high quality and looks great and does reduce heat as advertised. They get you in and out quickly.Cons: The application of the window film is substandard at best. From someone who has tinted windows, I can tell you that they did a rush job. On two of the windows, the film doesnt even come up to the top of the windows so there is a gap on those two windows. On the drivers window, it came to the top but there was a small little chunk of film missing at the top left from an uneven cut. Its easy to tell that it was either a rush job or just a lack of paying attention to detail.Conclusion: It looks high end from the outside and the window film itself is high quality, but the install of that film wasnt as good as it shouldve been for the price. Therefore, its not worth $355 at all. They have the ability to do a good install but they didnt. It wouldve only taken an extra few minutes to do it right. On my next luxury car or sports car, I may have to tint it myself to make sure its done correctly.

The tint on my windows looks awesome, everything is lined up perfectly. Brandon was extremely helpful in helping me decide what to get and he was very kind when I returned a second time to resolve a problem. I had a small issue and reached out to them via email. Justin, one of the owners, responded quickly with a solution. I would definitely recommend SunStop to anyone who wants high quality tint and great customer service!!

They tinted both of my cars with ceramic tint. Looks Fantastic and blocks alot of heat. Justin is a Pro! Others can try and steal their name but they cant steal the talent and quality tint used by Sun Stop. Keep up the great work guys.

Yesterday we had our 2017 Chevy Impala windows tinted. We decided to go with SunStop randomly after a quick Google search and they did not disappoint. The facility is clean and adhering to social distancing guidelines. The representative was courteous and explained the differences between the tints and helped us make the best selection for our vehicle. The final product is beautiful. We love the quality of the product and especially the quality of their work.We highly recommend this company to anyone who wants their vehicle tinted!Oh and Kitty, their office cat, was great also!

Customer services and professionalism is great but quality of work and installation needs to be improved. This place is over priced for their super premium product. Ive been at a different location with same product for half the price with better installation. I did not appreciate being told, yeah I went in to smooth out that particular spot on the window when little did they know, they were on camera and never touched that window. I only went here for a quick job, but in the long run wasted time, to have to return again. Youre better off going elsewhere.

Brandon and Justin run an excellent business. I had paint protection film applied and windows tinted. The Stek PPF looks excellent. They spent extra time getting my windows tinted to my satisfaction. The products they choose to use are of the highest quality. Communication is very good as is attention to detail. I highly recommend SunStop and plan on doing more business with them.

These guys are first class! They are a true custom fit business. They put clear bra on the front, side and back of my bmw. They did work that other shops turned away because there wasent temples for it! Great folks, awesome job and fair prices! Best in town by far....

I went up there on Tuesday to get my windows retinted cause the dealership I brought my truck from recommended is different Tint Shop and the tint had bubbles in and creases and looked cheap made wad very unhappy with the tint from the other tint shop. Sunstop took real good care of my truck and my tint. I would highly recommend them to everybody if you want really high quality tint done and very professional and great customer service. Great service!!! I called and scheduled an appointment with no issues. Once arriving their store was clean and the people were very friendly and informative. Once the decision was made on which tint to go with they immediately started working on my vehicle. About 20 min later they were finished and it looks great. All tint places have tint but not all have customer service like these guys. If you want a quality job with great service and no one wasting your time this is the place to go.

Went in to get my Jeep tinted & it seriously looked like nobody even cared that I was there to spend $$$. Waited at least 10 minutes, before I left. Seriously, 1:30pm on a Thursday & 1 other customer in the waiting room??? Sad.

I am new to the area and I like to use local companies for everything I can, so this morning I left a message requesting a quote for tinting on my new truck. I brought my 2007 Chevy Silverado 1500 in to get the entire truck tinted. Im super particular about everything I own, and on top of that Im an engineer.
