I rent a house from the owner hes a pretty good guy just a bit forgetful

I will NEVER use nor would I ever recommend this company. I called last week to schedule an appointment for a quote. The young lady Sarah, said my appointment was set for 11-4-20 @2:30pm. I rushed home and waited. I later called to see where the person was and how late would they be? Sarah said that she didn’t have me scheduled, but could schedule me for 11-5-20, not caring that I left work early to make the appointment. SMDH Bad Business WRIGHTS SIDING. I said “No ma’am, I will try another company”!!!

Attempted to get a scheduled appointment several times and was texting the owner directly. A couple weeks go by and I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and call the company directly. Spoke with Sarah on the phone and she set me up with a Appointment the next day at 1:30. The next day arrives and by this point Ive already adjusted my schedule (used personal leave). At 1030 on the day of the appointment Sarah calls me and informs me that we need to reschedule. ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT. Will never use this company and will never recommend this company.

Wright (wrong) did the siding on my home several years ago. The siding was poorly installed you can see the old siding in several places just on my front porch. In numerous places the cuts dont match. Took about a month to install the siding. They took out the freon line for my ac, patched it, then in the summer I turned it on and they hadnt refilled the freon. When I called about that I actually got Stacy, who said I was just trying to get freon out of him and I already had a leak. I did not, the line both held pressure and a vacuum before I had someone come put freon in ac. Also realized that they had covered the ac drain and emergency drain with insulation and siding. I had water damage in the house from that. I tried to call about that but I could never get anyone. Terrible experience all around.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!In 2015, we hired Stacey C., who presented himself as owner of Wright Siding, to install vinyl siding on our home. According to the contract we entered into, we have a lifetime workmanship guarantee. About six months after the initial installation, siding started coming loose from the house. Calls were made every week for over six weeks before a repairman was sent to do the repairs. Now siding is loose on another section of our home and calls have been made for over eight weeks. Stacey came to our home about a month ago, and brought nothing to repair the loose siding, he said he would return, but has not showed up. Another call was made to his office, and we were told by a female that answered the call, that someone would be sent the next day. That was two weeks ago. I would not advise anyone doing business with WRIGHT SIDING and STACEY C. to expect service when they have a problem with services he and his company provides.

Worst customer service I have ever received. I called to schedule an estimate and had it set for 10am. When we were ending the call I was told “we have you set for 11am”. I stated I thought we said 10am, the representative stated oh yea that’s right I am sorry, I have you down for 10am. I called on the way home on the day of the appointment to confirm and was told the appointment was set for 11am. I wasn’t happy but said that’s ok. I got home and waited for over an hour before I received a call from the gentleman doing the estimate stating he couldn’t make it until 1-1:30. He requested I send photos. I sent them and still received no response. I then called the company and was told that was his personal phone and I should reach out to him on it. Shortly after I received a text that he was at Church and he would call after. He did call after and gave me an estimate over phone but stated he would have to come by the next day to measure and we set the appointment for 6pm. Surprise surprise but he never showed up. I called and text and both were ignored. I would never recommend this business to anyone. Terrible service!

Well wright siding co is a great place to get your home repairs done and gutters windows and much more the experience Ive had i cant complain they do great work and stacy is an all around great guy....

Wright Siding completed a job including new windows, doors and siding on my condo last year. I was very pleased with the quality, price and workmanship with my job. Mr. Cato was always pleasant to work with, and responded immediately to my calls and questions. When I expressed concerns about any aspect of the job, he addressed it immediately with his independent contractors who then corrected the work to my satisfaction. Mr. Cato, please feel free to send interested parties to see the work you did at my home. Thank you for your work and your professionalism.

The owner, Stacey Cato is rude, unprofessional and never did the job he was paid to do. I dont even want him near my dads home now, he speaks to his employees like garbage and doesnt pay them either. Terrible place to do business. Ended up using a smaller company and they did wonderful and even discounted the amount Mr. Cato stole.

Ordered windows and siding in October!! Its first of January, 50 degrees, and they finally came with a window, took the old window out and now the new doesnt fit!!! Trying to get a hold of Stacey and figure out how to make it fit!!!And siding was started a month ago and still isnt completed!!!So sorry I went with Angies List recommendation.
