Glad I didnt pay for them. This was work done through NLR Electric, but you can see they left my furniture strewn all over the place, branches everywhere, even in the grass so I had to a big clean up before I mowed the grass, AND they damaged my metal fence post.I will 100% NOT be going back to use them and Im trying to file a claim with both them and NLRE

Very unprofessional business! Horrible owners & management! Paula Duncan is a very rude and hateful person and for a company to out right steal money when a person is employed at a salary rate is very unprofessional! Definitely a horrible place to work and a horrible business in general they do not care about leaving your yard a mess or tearing your property up!

Not trying to sound like a mean old granny but I work nights and these guys have been showing up all week at 7 am cutting with every type of heavy machinery that a tree service could own. Thank god my car is parked under a carport cause they shot chunks of wood everywhere. What tree service needs to start at 7 am when it’s 30 degrees out?

Zero stars. Classic case of over promise and underdeliver. If this company has the contract to be the citys provider for electric line tree clearing then something has to change. North Little Rock needs to put out a new RFQ for this service...at least choose a better than 2 star rated service. Plenty of people have said this service 1) doesnt do a good job 2) does a horrible job 3) leaves tree refuse in the yard for a long time - and for the resident to clean up. At the residents expense. We will file a complaint with the city because they amputated the trees and should cut them from the base instead with more than a dull camp axe. Apple Tree Service should communicate what is happening to the tree litter they leave behind or find a new hustle. F- on all aspects of this service.

These people were brought in by 1st electric, ruined my mothers yard, she is 78 years old and had to carry over 20 wheelbarrows of limbs and trash they left in her driveway. Totally unprofessional horrible Work ethic. 1st electric showed up yesterday to take pictures and guarantee my mother that they would be back to clean up their mess. After she has spent over a month trying to clean it up herself shame Shame on Apple tree service, And shame on 1st electric for hiring them

Company is hired by NLR electric and they did a poor job not to mention a future hazard to my house. They trimmed all the limbs on one side which left the tree with all the weight on one side. This is one of the worst jobs ever. The side with all the weight now is also already leaning towards my house. Would not recommended.

They contract with first electric coop and I have expressed my displeasure with them about hiring this company. I would never hire these people personally to do my yard work, they do not trim trees, they destroy trees, they drive their large equipment over very wet ground leaving tracks and are very slow to pick up the mess they leave behind. Look elsewhere.

They came in and DESTROYED at least a 22 wide path of our bamboo..I understand that it was necessary to get it away from the power lines, but First Electric always just cut the tops off.. now we are left with a big mess, since they couldnt grind it.. we are still going to have to go out and use a machete to cut it from the ground, since bamboo doesnt cut like a tree, before we can even clean it up.. its a big ugly mess

Really good, hard working crews

This is one of the most unskilled/trained tree services Ive ever witnessed. (Ive had extensive formal training from Texas A&M in my younger days.)Ive watched them doing utility right of way work in the Heber Springs area and their lack knowledge is astounding. They make ragged cuts all over the length of the branch (causing eventual die-back of the limb resulting in rot back into the main trunk weakening the structure of the tree and creating a major attractant to disease. Its also UGLY. They also make harsh diagonal cuts on main trunks causing the same problems. On top of that they trash out residents yards and do a poor job of cleaning up. Very sad to see them getting major utility contracts.

Soo, yeah with no heads up these guys cut down tons of limbs and decided to decorate my entire front yard. I mean not a pile, completely covered Im really upset. I have never seen such disregard for personal property.

As a former employee i feel its my duty to tell anyone looking for employment Here to read the paperwork you have to sign before taking the position. They will keep your last 2 checks and wait untill you have already quit your current job before telling you this and make you sign a waiver giving it to them. The owner will belittle you and cuss you on a daily basis and non of there equipment is operationaly safe. I was asked to do things that werent legal or allowed by OSHA . My experience here was the worst ive ever had in my life. Working for over 7 different companys as a CDL mechanic

Left mess for 10 days in driveway was not able to use promised 2 times to get done never showed had to call main office to get done then they spent 12 hours to clean up 100 feet 10 hours first day 2 hours second day every disappointed in there service would not recommend

Apple was cutting power lines in my area they trimmed my trees and left the cuttings at the bottom of the trees . I talked to them they said they would get them today but 2 days later its still here they are not good for their word.
